Love it! So comfortable! Fit perfect. Usually wear wide and size 11. Returned them and got regular size 10.5. Bingo!!!

These are very cute. Just what I hoped they would be. I need to exchange for a 1/2 size smaller though, they slip and are just too large.

Second time buying these shoes. I normally fit a 6.5w but with some weight gain, seems my feet got wider and longer. So I bought a 7.5w first thinking that it would fit me perfectly. Boy, was I wrong! Returned the 7.5w for size 7w. Size 7w is still flopping off me. With thicker socks, it's fine.. but when I want to wear it thinner socks, my heels will flip out. Sizing is off because in another heel style.. the 7w was too small!

Very comfy! Trendy! Students and teachers that I am old enough to be their mothers both compliment! I got the wide and they are a little wide in the heel but, hence the name.

These shoes are beautifully made. You can wear them with bare feet no problem, they have a nice smooth natural fabric lining on the inside - no seams to hurt your feet. I usually wear 8W which was not available so I ordered the 8M and they were too snug. Beautiful shoe in the right size.

Toe box was too snug -- and afraid if I move 1-size up, the heel will slip on/off. I really liked the sole - think it would have been very comfortable to walk if the shoe fit correctly.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased! I am a true size 7, but had to get 7.5 wide. The 7's were so narrow I couldn't get my foot in them. I probably should have just gotten the 7 wide instead of 7.5 because my heel slips out a bit when I walk but it doesn't cause blisters or hurt or anything so I kept them. I wore them to work last week and had an event after until 9pm and my feet never hurt or felt uncomfortable. I have foot issues and don't even have to wear orthotics with these. Great purchase!

This shoe is still a bit stiff after wearing it a few times, and I'm hoping things soften up a bit (and believe they will given how I've worn them). They're incredibly cute and the footbed is really comfortable. I sized up a half size to allow for room for my feet and to wear with socks through the winter.

I think this is true to size. I ordered a half size larger than normal and it slips a little bit at the heel. I feel like it's so close that the 7 might be too small. I need a 7-1/4 size in this one!

Gorgeous shoe! Super comfortable. I could walk all day in these, and they require no break-in time. I wear a size 7, usually, but sized down to 6.5 in these.

As much as I loved everything about these shoes they were about 1/2 size too big. Even after adding an extra insole my heels slipped out when walking. I wanted to reorder but the smaller size was sold out. I returned them and Zappo’s credited my credit card within a few hours. I simply love how Zappo’s takes care of their customers.
