The shoes were somewhere between an 8.5 and a 9; took to shoe repair guy who fitted with insoles. Now OK, but not great.

LOVE the look of these!! BUT...ordered in my usual size (I have been buying Vionic and previously Orthoheel for 15 years!) And my feet were SWIMMING in these shoes! Exchanged for half size smaller, and they're too short in length! They fit, but not so comfortable. I am keeping and hope they will stretch since they are canvas and look nice (also were inexpensive on sale. If they were more $$ I would return.) Disappointed in these.

I wear a 10 1/2 shoe size. I took out the insoles and washed them in the washer in hot water. In the dryer and now they fit my feet. The tops are still loose.

Not supportive at all! I hoped these would be good despite the reviews. The canvas is too lightweight to support my foot. It's too loose. The sole is really flat & not cushiony at all. There is no arch support. They are so cute, but they flop around. They went back. :-(

These shoes do not have enough support. I had to add orthotics and I still do not have enough support. I love the look of the shoe. I just wish it lived up to my expectations. If not needing arch support, these shoes would be great. The wide runs a little bigger than I needed.

Really disappointed by the lack of support with these. Really cute on, but can feel the concrete under my feet. I look to Vionic to keep my knees and feet from hurting. Terrible pain after wearing these for several hours.

I am Vionics biggest fan! However I was let down with the Marshall. First off size down it runs large. I was disappointed with the arch support, or lack of it I feel as if these were not up to par with the quality I have come to expect from Vionics. I have another pair of the Beachwear line in a different style and am very pleased with them. The Marshall let me down.

I love Vionic. I have foot problems and love the support in my Vionic shoes. Imagine my surprise when these had NO SUPPORT. I didn't get to wear them until about 6 weeks after Christmas. I cannot return them. Now I'm nervous about buying more

Bought these because the I couldn't get the malibu in my size, thinking they would be similar but they run big on me and they make my feet look big an cluncky. I think I'll stick with the malibu

Had to return, too wide and floppy.Seemed to lack structure .

Poor construction, shoe vamp puckered. Not up to Vionic usual quality

Absolutely no support. No cushion in bottom. Might as well be walking on cement

I returned them as they didn't have enough arch support for my flat feet. The are a very cute shoe if you didn't need the support.

Poor fit. I tried 2 sizes, too roomy. Poor arch support.

Poorly made shoes. Before I purchased the shoes on-line, I called to make sure these had a solid arch support. I was assured these were well made shoes and Vionic standards. When I received the shoes I found it has very little arch support. This from a company that build its reputation on arch support. I purchased a medium width and it is very wide, my foot floats in the shoe. Normaly, I find Vionic shoes to be well made with a strong arch support, but these shoes have fail. What makes it worse is I can not return the shoes.

I agree with other reviewers that these run loose and clunky looking. But the worst part was the sole on bottom and sides turns from white to gross black in one wearing. Five hours in, my husband asked "What's wrong with your shoes? Don't wear those in the house!" Tried all kinds of cleaners and the black dirt won't budge. Never seen anything like it.
