Nice shoe but the crossover strap was too big - I could not tighten it to fit my foot so the shoe was floppy on me. I don't have particularly small ankles so if you have a dainty foot / ankle, this shoe may not be for you.

Returning these, I know that they would have hurt after a short time because of the thin straps. Style looks great, love the pewter color, but I'm not sure the quality is there. Also, shoes arrived clearly as a return, generic box and scuffed.

Great pair of shoes, but maybe my foot is too narrow. The criss-cross straps were way too loose.

I looked at A LOT of shoes, and thought these were the ones, but basically based on a brief look in the mirror. The day I put them on to wear, I realized my pinky toes were popping out of the shoe because the strap was so far forward. That made them impossible to keep, so they stayed home, and I returned them.

One of the cross straps on the shoe (the one that does not buckle) is so long, it sticks up off the top of the foot. I could slip my fingers under the strap, it’s that weirdly long. If you tend to have thicker or wider feet it might be fine. But I would say for most people it wouldn’t work if all the pairs are sewn in this way. I had to send them back.

I found these to be a full size longer than my normal size of 8.5 in Naturalizer. Width is normal and they are comfortable. I have a wide ankle and was able to buckle them on the last hole. The creme brulee is a wonderful nude/natural color for summer.

the fit of the shoes were tight , I ordered these shoes for my daughter to wear to her prom in a wide, unfortunately they felt like a narrow shoe instead.

The shoes felt great but the strap that is not adjustable and falls across the top of the foot was so big and stretched out it didnt look right. I'm so bummed about returning these.

This was a shoe that was almost great for me, except the ankle strap - huge, and not very adjustable. Elastic on strap was weak and even at tightest setting would not fit.

These shoes look great in person, the heel is a comfortable height, and they're true to size. But I should've listened to the other reviewer who mentioned the ankle strap. It does indeed hit right on the ankle bone in an incredibly painful way. It's a shame because the style is flattering and chic.

Super cute, but the wide was quite narrow. If you have normal width feet, then order the wide width.

Ran a little long, although very cute there was zero arch support for my high arches.

Heel way too high for me. Zappos return has been a nightmare

The shoes are pretty but when my daughter tried them on they bled red onto her feet right away. They are very pretty on but no one wants pink lines from the straps

I loved these when I ordered them. I loved these when I first wore them. I do not love them now. The leather is cheap. Every time I wear them the leather on the back of the heel gets scraped and tears. And this is for doing nothing other than wearing them. If they barely touch a surface such as a chair leg they mark, scuff, and tear. It's just terrible. They are so cute and sylish but the leather is like very thin paper. I want to send them back but I've worn them five times and they are already completely tattered. It's so frustrating and upsetting. Oh well. Sorry Naturalizer. I usually love your shoes but these are a disappointment.

I have always been very happy with my purchases from Zappos. This time not so much! These shoes must have been returned because they were in a different box with one piece of tissue. Nothing in the shoes to hold their shape. There were scuff marks on the shoes. I will be returning.
