Super FRUSTRATING. I saw in the previous reviews that someone received one 8.5 and one 9.5 shoe. I received their return! NO ONE bothered to correct this issue?! Just shipped them out again as a mismatched pair? VERY DISAPPOINTING

Beautiful classy shoes. I love a pointy toe - it looks elegant and is elongating to the leg. Alas, pointy toes are often difficult to find in a wide width, so I was thrilled to find these beauties. I can picture Jacklyn Kennedy or Grace Kelly wearing them. They look and feel like a million bucks!

I ordered this shoe in the navy and then ordered another pair in the brown. These are the most comfortable and stylish flats I've ever owned. Great shoes to bring to European vacation to walk on all those cobblestone streets. Pairs well with ankle pants, skirts, and dresses. Highly recommend.

Classy low heeled shoe that looks stylish and cute on. As others suggested I ordered my normal size 9/5 and a W [I have a slightly wider than normal foot] and they fit great - I bought navy and black, which look quite different.

This is a beautiful, classy and [right now, since pointed toes are in] stylish shoe. I often wear a B width but after reading reviews got a W, and it fits just great with just a little room to spare. Heel height is moderate, looks great on. Buying another color.

I just received them in the mail and they look sooo beautiful. I see what people mean when they say they run big - its just the design of the shoe which may not hug your heel too well. These sort of flats have that issue universally regardless of brand. For me i always wear size 6 in naturaliser and these shoes fit like any other size 6 from the brand.
I will update my review once had a chance to break them in.

These shoes are fabulous. They are stylish with the "chain" on the toe and comfortable. They won out in the contest of 4 pairs of black flats I was looking at. The white style with gold chain is also beautiful. I didn't order them because I don't need them, but they would look awesome with white crepe pants. I'd have to buy an outfit just to go with the shoes.

I really wanted to love these shoes however the width was off. I don't normally wear a wide but these shoes are cut narrow. Also, the metal chain is not tied down but jingles until you put the shoes on. They are beautiful but the normal was too narrow. Will return & try to size up.

I purchased these shoes in the black leather. The leather is very good quality. I love the chain detail and the design of the shoe is very versatile. They are quite comfortable for the more pointed toe. I will get a lot of wear out of these.

Lovely low heeled shoe, very pretty on. They are perfect for dressing up, or w jeans or casual clothes. The black chain on the black shoe looks quite elegant - even tho the chain itself is plastic. It's not obvious at all in the black. Fits my somewhat narrow foot well, the toe area is not tight and the heel is snug.

These are fantastic shoes. Comfortable right away and Wide was perfect, since I plan to wear them with no nylons - just bare foot, so the leather that breathes is important & wont get blisters. Great shoes!
