I wear a size 9 and had to return these boots in that size because with tights they were borderline snug, but the 9 1/2 fits perfectly. These are definitely a little bigger in the calf, which I wanted. Great boots and great customer service.

These boots fit perfectly and are very comfortable with nice support. They are quality and Zappos had an amazing price with other retailers charring $100 more. They are the perfect replacement for an old pair of cognac boots I wore out.

I have a pair of The Jessie wide width boot, wide calf in 11 WW. I have worn the same pair religiously for 6 years.They are feeling a bit beat up, so I thought it was time to get a new pair this year. So I decided to order this more sleek Naturalizer Lena boot in the 11w. The boot has smooth, lovely leather; with high quality zipper up the entire calf and a solid sole for easy walking on the town. Unfortunately, my left foot was too wide for the shoe, so I have to send back! Pl;ease consider making these in WW sizes in the future!

I loved these boots but I am returning them due to fit problems. My right foot is smaller than my left foot. But, oddly, the right boot was a little tight and the left one fit. My heels were slipping in both boots. Lastly, I could feel a hard bar across the bottom of the arch. Hated to return them because I loved them!

My problem with this boot is the calf width. I even measured my calves (16") and so bought the wide calf boots but I was swimming in it. (Foot length and width were fine.) So I bought the regular calf width, which according to their sizing chart should have been too tight, and they were perfect. Not tight at all on my calves and just right. So beware the measurement guidelines. I'm keeping the regular calf and returning the wide calf.

I love the look of this boot. But, there are a few reasons I’m returning them. First, it ran a tad too big. Second, the insole was loose and kind of popped with each step which I would have tried to use something to stop it, had I kept them. Third and most important for me, the heel was too hard.

Great looking boot. Quality leather but way too narrow especially for a wide calf. It just fits my 16” calves but feels tight in the feet that I can barely wear socks. The toe hits where it should so I don’t think going a half size bigger would help.

Surprisingly more comfortable than expected - no pinching or squeezing, even with my wide feet. Calf size did seem a bit big. The dark brown leather is a nice deep chocolate and looks sophisticated. Leather is soft (read flimsy) which I plan to waterproof

Fit perfectly in the foot and calf. Beautiful color leather (whiskey) and soft to the touch. I am really pleased with this purchase after what seemed like an exhaustive search for the right boots.

They fit beautifully and are very comfortable!

Nice fit and nice material. I have very small calfs so they fit me perfectly.
