Extremely comfortable, stylish and waterproof...I used to be an old school hiking shoe faithful, but Hole just set a new standard !

I haven't had a chance to wear them yet. I plan on using them for walks when the weather turns cold, rainy and or snowy so that will be fall and winter for me. They seem very comfortable when o wore them around the house and I'm happy with the color. On line I wasn't sure about the color. It does help to see the video of an actual cudtomer wearing them. Thanks HOKA for that. They are well made like all of the HOKA products.

I use the boots for walking and hiking with our pups. We cover 4 or miles a day in all kinds of weather. My feet are comfortable and protected.

Hiked Arches, Canyonlands, and Zion with my Hoka trails and loved them. Great grip on rocks and sand! Comfortable and easy to clean.

The most comfortable hiking hybrid! Fit for me is absolutely true to size. I was unsure about the color but once they were on, they were beautiful. Comfort and support around the ankle is superior. I thought I was just buying because there was such a huge percentage off, I got so lucky with these.

I love the show I'm recovering from plantar fasciitis and I usually hike about 20 miles a week with my dogs in the Rocky Mountains they have a good grip they are fairly lightweight and they're very comfortable the only thing I don't like as much as at the shoelaces untie sometimes but so do other brands of hiking shoes. I have not worn them during rainy days yet hadn't had any

Wore these on a ten day safari tour in South Africa, they held up perfectly and my feet felt like walking in clouds. I did originally buy a size 9, but exchanged for a 9.5 as my feet are a bit wide and I wanted room for any swelling from traveling. They were perfect and I was complemented by another HOKA fan for the color and style. I love them!

I've had five or six pairs of Hokas but the Trail Code GTX is my favorite. It's lightweight, has Gore-tex so I stay dry, is easy to get on and off (which was a drawback of another model I liked), and has a good grippy sole below all that lovely Hoka cushioning. I really like the round-profile laces, would never go back to flat laces or the drawstring silliness of other models. I wasn't sure about how the sole sticks out at the back but came to appreciate how easy it makes it to get the shoes off; however, I think you could put that clever notch on a sole that didn't protrude quite as much in the back and get the same effect. When the soles get too wide or extend beyond the foot significantly, I do think it compromises one's safety and agility. The sole has good stiffness, which makes it preferable to a running shoe for hiking conditions where I encounter a lot of rocks.

I've only had my very first pair of Hokas now for a few weeks, but so far, I would have to say that they're the most comfortable hikers I've EVER owned! I've not been great distances or on actual trails yet :(:( so I would not be able to speak on that or to how they will hold up or on their waterproof-ness since it's been only dry. But what I CAN say is I have the most beat up feet and ankles. I have broken both ankle.joint capsules in the past and fallen. So many times , wrenching the ankles thst I have lost count ages ago. I also have plantar fasciitis something fierce....and these boots are like my feet are SO cradled and supported. I LOVE their wide base and super-grippy soles! After I've hiked on rough trails and had them for longer, I will probably update or write a more thorough review. I'm excited to also shop for walking/running shoes for my neighborhood!

These are pretty and very comfortable. I usually wear orthotics but no need with the excellent arch support in these. I usually wear 8.5 but ordered a 9 and now I have plenty of toe wiggle room. I also appreciate the stiff heel, no shoe horn needed.

I have been wearing Rincon 3 for several months and love them. The Trail Code GTX are great for walking on uneven terrain, because I have problems with my feet and ankles. Thank you, HOKA, for once again saving my feet!

These boots fit my feet perfectly, I love them. I originally purchased the Anacapa Mid and they were too tight on my ankle bone and hurt a lot so I returned them. I was tentative about trying another pair, but these fit much better, I am 5'2" so I feel like these were made with a more petit frame in mind. I had been wearing Keen Targhee boots and I like these Trail Code's much better. Much lighter weight and has great traction and stability. I haven't worn them in the snow however, so I will probably wear my Keen's in the snow. They are snug and fit great, no sliding when going downhill so no boot bang.

I have walked 4.5 miles a couple times now with these shoes and have done some low impact exercises with them. They are the perfect recovery shoes, walking and hiking shoes. Im switching from trail running shoes to these now. The high tops have not given me any blisters at all and they do not require a break in. The laces on the high top do not irritate or snag and the back heel lip has really helped me with balance. Overall, I am happy with my purchase so far!

I have pain in my feet & ankles. I ordered 3 different Hokas. This pair simply didn’t feel comfortable. I walk a lot, over 10,000 stairs a day. I really need comfort & support. I’m keeping the Hoka Anacapa Mid GTX.

My orthopedic doctor turned me on to Hoka footwear to cushion my knees. I am 78 and still love hiking in the woods. These boots are my third pair. I didn’t want rain to stop me and these boots are wonderful!! No pain, dry feet and a smile on my face. Live is better with Zappos and Hoka.

These are so great! I agree with other reviews though - I'm glad I listened. I've been wearing Hokas for years and always get a size 9 - I needed a 9.5 for these. Very comfy and great support.

I wear my Hoka Cliftons every day and they have saved my feet from so much pain. I tried the Hoka Trail Code GTX to give my ankle some extra support and they are great. I hiked 4.5 miles the first day I wore them and they fit and felt perfect. I highly recommend. I'm between a 9.5 - 10 and went with the 10.

These hikers feel great when walking around the house. Ordered a 1/2 size up as recommended for people with wide feet. They feel great but there is a lot of room in the toe box, even with my special orthopedic insert. So…I’m going to order my regular size and see which one wins. Send back the loser. But, they feel like a dream. They will be my 5th pair of Hokas but my first hiker.

I wore these sneaker-boots for the 40-mile W Trek in Torres del Paine, and they were perfect. Great traction, lots of cushion, lightweight, comfortable, and my feet stayed dry even when the trail was a shallow creek. We had snow, mud, rain, and serious rock scrambles, and the shoes performed admirably through it all. Thank you, Hoka.
