I chose these for the color and hoka comfort! I ordered them online and was not disappointed. They aren't as thick as my rincon pair but I'm still happy with them! The rincon extra thickness is great for comfort but not as nice for style. The solimar has style and comfort!

Suffering from three months of plantar fasciitis and only Hoka shows give me the relief to remain active on my feet. Own two pair and have another on order. I also have bunions, so take it from a muture gal who wants to remain an athlete, buy these shoes. Only minor drawback for me is the heel is a little wide on this particular pair.

Uncomfortable, unstable, not enough padding and too expensive for all that. I had the idea that these would be super comfortable. The only plus is that this was the only HOKA model that I found to be aesthetically pleasing. Based on this paper experience, I wouldn't buy again.

Fit & support perfect My first pair Bonds kinda made fall forward. These are very stable.

I have recently been on a weight loss journey. I started walking, then turned to speed walking and intermittent jogging. I bought a name brand shoe that I thought fit the description of what I was looking for, but found myself having runners toe. I was not sure if it was because I was not used to the high impact on my toes or the shoes. I ordered my Hokas 2 months ago and what a difference it has made, the comfort is undeniable and the problems I was having have diminished, and I can only attribute it to these shoes. They are roomy and fit perfectly in all of the right areas of my foot. My runs are so much better and my feet feel lighter and they are not sore anymore. Best investment I've made this year!

I bought these shoes specifically for work outs, my training consists of weight training , tread and rowing in no particular order. Great in the weight section and rowing, the only negative is I have to readjust and tighten prior to running. They sit a little low for my liking but overall comfortable and light weight, minimal to zero foot pain after my workouts. (I work out 4-5 times a week for an hour at a time)

I have loved the Hupana and Hupana slip. I have bought many pairs of them. I was sad to see that they were no longer being made, so I thought the Solimar looked very close to them. I decided to give them a try, and I love them! I need a slip on though!!! I can wear it with all my clothes for work and still look very nice.

Using these shoes for casual wear

These sneakers are a game changer. I have recently learned that the foot pain I experience is due to arthritis in my feet. My podiatrist recommended Hoka for walking and working out. I am so glad that I followed up on her recommendation and purchased a pair. I absolutely love them.

It fits just right . Even the first time I tried it on, it was very comfortable.

All purpose cross training sneaker. For everyday use, walking and exercising (I am not a runner!)

Great fit good support

I've only worn them once since I got them. They seem to be very comfortable and I feel like they will work well for me.

Bought these to replace my Brooks. Took the online assessment to choose the style. Also chatted with an online customer service representative to discuss sizing. I bought the same size as my old Brooks Ghost. I think Hoka is a bit bigger but not enough that I would size down.

They squeak. Returned the first pair as they started squeaking after two weeks. Wore for a bit longer but it continued, so exchanged for the same style as I liked them. Alas, now the second pair is squeaking. Other than that they're a great shoe, but I can't live with squeaking. So glad for HOKA's generous return policy.

This was the first time I had bought shoes online and I am so happy I did. I had to send the first pair back because they didn't fit, right, they were too narrow, and the return was so easy! Just box it up and send it off no questions. I did re-order the right size this time and I absolutely love the shoes. I will buy online again. Thank You Hoka!

I am so thrilled with my new Hoka walking shoes. My sister-in-law has had a pair for years and I finally said, "okay, I'll buy a pair." They are awesome!

My feet seem to hurt more after wearing the shoes. Not sure if it's a coincidence. I think I like Brooks shoes better. More cushion than these walking shoes offered. They were on sale so I didn't pay full price. So I'm okay with it.

So far I am very pleased with Solimar Hoka purchase. They arrived quickly and were comfortable right out of the box. My feet feel pretty good at the end of a long day. I do think they are a bit long. I usually buy a 9 but I think that's more to get a little more width. I bought wide 9. The wides are definitely room enough so maybe next time I will give the 8.5 a try.

These are my 5th pair of Hokas and I love them all. These have been great for my gym workouts- especially lifting and cardio. They an extremely light weight and with a little less of the cushioning that I love for walks , balance is great in them.

I absolutely love the Solimar shoes. They fit well and are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I walk 4 to 5 miles per day and they are freat for that. My one complaint is that they only come in black in my size, 10D. I would love to have them in bright colors like coral and teal.

I was a fan of the Hupana and Tivra, and was disappointed when those styles were discontinued. I have some spine issues and those shoes gave me the right amount of support and a good push off when I walked. They were also comfortable and I wore them for walking and for doing errands. Luckily I came upon the Solimar and thanks to other reviewers who described the support as not as cushy as the Clifton, I decided to try it AND ... WOW! This is the best ever! Great support and response, gives me energy when I walk, and super comfortable. I wore them brand new, right out of the box on a 7 hour flight and through airports, and all around a recent vacation. So I just ordered another color! Highly recommend, and PLEASE DON'T CHANGE OR DISCONTINUE THIS SHOE!

I thought these were the same Hoka's I purchased before. Not quite as cushiony and the soles were lighter then prior And I ordered half size too small. LOL Round two arriving soon!!
