The Solimar is my favorite Hoka. I love the comfort and support of the Hokas, but the sole is so wide and thick. The Solimar has a smaller sole, but still has good support.

Fit is TTS and fits my narrow heel. Love that this shoe is not as bulky as other HOKA. Light and very comfortable for walking and training.

The Hoka Solimar shoe is great in every way! It doesn’t have the extra thickness of the sole the way most Hoka shoes do. Good style to wear with everything!

I've had there for a while and they are more comfortable than the other maybe 20 pairs of more expensive HOKAs I have. It's generous in the toe box which I need. It could use a little more padding on the bottom, but as their least expensive sneaker, I guess you can't have everything.

I reached out to Hoka a couple of months ago because it seemed like the options for wide Solimars were decreasing, and I was assured that this was not the case. Well, now the only option is white, since presumably the other 2 colors sold out and they're not replacing it with anything else. I'd like to know if any new colorways are going to be added as wide options, or should I look for a cardio/studio shoe elsewhere?

I used this when I went to Canada. It was a long walk from my gate to the next gate wherein I had to pass through Customs and Immigration and then back to LA. I was glad I had this shoes on.

We usually don't buy more expensive shoes, but the wife has hers lots of great things about these and can't wait to try them at work. She is on her feet all day and wants more comfortable shoes after getting heel spurs. She tried them out and say they are amazing.

Right out of the box these shoes were the most comfortable and supportive shoes I have ever owned. I did put my orthotics in and because the ones in the shoes were adequate but for my lousy feet I needed a little more. I may be back for another pair in a different color.

I have purchased multiple pairs of these shoes. The style and comfort of them are great as well as the colors. However I wish they would bring the navy color back. Navy is such a great option to wear with so many outfits. I walk in mine everyday for exercise and you can wear them to run errands too.

I have 2 pair of Solimar (and many other HOKA shoes), and I wish they would bring back a dark blue color. These are great for travel (and every day), partly because they take up so much less space packing, partly because they look a little lower-key than most bigger-soled HOKA. When traveling, you're really limited in packing space and, imo, need footwear that is versatile. Solimar style you can wear all day, to museums/touring/hiking, but also restaurants and out at night. Yes, they're still sneakers, but they don't scream sneaker.

Beautiful design, great fit, ,uch more narrow then I expected which i am very haooy about. I know most Hoka brands are wide and clunky so this was a very pleasant surprise.
