Comfortable and cute for walking around

I'm new to Hoka so I thought I would try a pair of sneakers on sale. I have always heard heard rave reviews about the brand. Looked seriously into purchasing after someone I worked with recommended them.

Great fit

I have lower back issues. I love walking and hiking, and my job in Pathology requires me to be on my feet a majority of the day. By the end of the day I often have a lot of discomfort. So,I opted to spend the money for these and it has been a great purchase. No to very minor discomfort daily. Only con I have is the laces. They don't stay laced, even when double tied. I'll be purchasing better laces.

These sneakers are amazing and true to size. I go for a lot of walks, and I swear I can walk an extra couple miles wearing these. They did take me about a week to adjust to. My shins hurt as I was getting used to them, but once I broke them in and got used to the added cushioning, they are incredible.

I use my Hokas mainly for work I'm a nurse and I need good shoes, plus I have a bad knee these shoes take a lot of the impact off of my knees.

This is a wonderful shoe! I just wore it for the first time on my morning 3 mile walk and had no issues. It is so comfortable and stable.

I read a recent review about HOKA on the WEll & GOOD website. Having had a fasciotomy and repair to a navicular fracture on my left foot, I was looking for a walking shoe that would help and support me with my recovery. I was skeptical at first to try these shoes but have since been pleasantly surprised about the support and comfort that they offer. I will most likely need to get orthotics now that I have had multiple surgeries but I trust there won't be an issue with these shoes given the roomy nature. I would recommend that HOKA continue to manufacture more shoes with a heel drop geared toward people with plantar fasciitis since this is a prevalent issue with many.

The structure and support feel good. Used for walking and wearing to work.

I have lots of health problems and I am a teacher. These shoes have made it possible for me to do my job and go home NOT in tons of pain. I am so thankful for finding the Gaviota 4!

Wear them for work and they are very comfortable

I bought these as I was heading to Las Vegas for a vacation. My entire family commented on them as I had such a "spring in my step" that I was sprinting way ahead of them!

Comfortable and supportive, the W size is roomy without looking ungainly. The design is understated enough to be discreet and not look like a huge ad for the brand - although I wish the lettering was also in black or not on the outside of the shoe at all.

I use my new Hoka's for walking and stability. Love them. I have a wide foot especially across the forefoot and toes. These just fit. I did have to replace the foot liner with an orthotic to accommodate my high arch and Morton's Neuroma. These shoes are better than any I have tries so far.
