Thought they sent a mens instead of ladies. I ordered a 6 seemed like a 7 with very large toe box.

I recently ordered these Hoka’s and was so disappointed when they arrived. They were obviously used, the soles were quite dirty. Not just tried on, but USED! I have never had an issue like this with Zappos in the past. I love Zappos service and products! I’m not sure how this pair of shoes got returned and repackaged to be sold again. I did not put them on my feet, but immediately returned them. As always, return service is top notch! But please Zappos….check your returns before sending item back out. Thank you!

Way to big for some reason. I kept tripping and nearly fell several times. Going to return.

These might actually be the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever wore to the gym. They offer no support, are hard around my ankles and loose around my toes.

Slip on design was not good. Opening way to small to even try to get my foot in. Didn't even force it on to feel the comfort because I knew I wouldn't be keeping them.

there is not a separate tongue makes it very hard to fit in orthotic

LOVED the look of these and ordered two colors! BUT, sadly it has some flaws. The curve below the ankle on the outside is way too high and rubs. Also there is a seam in the same spot and the fabric is very rough. Possibly a different type sock would help but I don't plan on changing socks so sadly will return both pairs.

The opening for putting the shoe on isn’t very comfortable, I found it difficult to get the shoe on and off. The feel of the shoe is like clown shoes or duck feet. The entire sole of the shoe lacks comfort and felt very stiff when walking in them. I wore them in my kitchen the day they arrived while preparing dinner and immediately disliked them. The next morning I tried running in them on my treadmill and barely ran 3 minutes, they were very stiff feeling and felt like there was absolutely no cushion and just felt awkward! I have multiple pairs of Hoka running shoes and love them, however these are not for me.
