Not sure why the heel tab was made so thick and big vs the arahi 5, i tried the wides, and the new tab made the heel too tight so that it rubbed really bad. Ive had arahi's for years, so this is really unfortunate.

The soles and toes of the shoes were dirty as if the shoes had been worn.

The shoe was much to narrow to be a wide. Very disappointed. Gaviota 2s used to work for me. Now I can't find a Hoka that works.

I ordered my regular size. the toe box is not wide enough. I wish I could return them because they were costly. It failed to feel like a wide. Very disappointed.

These shoes are very cute and I wanted to love them, but the heel drop is much to big for my comfort.

I have naturally flat feet and a history of knee problems and I read that this style of Hoka would be good for both. I'm training for a half marathon and I can't run 2.5 miles without these cutting into the soles of my feet. I've formed horrible blisters on my arches despite tightening and loosening the laces and wearing special socks. They really are a comfortable shoe otherwise but sadly I will have to exchange for another style. For reference I'm 22 and have had these shoes for over a month.

I read many reviews on this shoe before purchasing. I was doubtful about spending this much on shoes and I really regret doing so. They may be very comfortable to some but they are not to me. I wore them for about month and could no longer take the pain. I went back to my Adidas and they feel better

The outer fabric feels and looks of lesser quality than on the Arahi 5.

I loved the Arahi 5 and was excited to try the Arahi 6. I purchased my normal shoe size but unfortunately the toe box on the 6 is much more cramped and it seems a bit smaller overall. My feet feel cramped in this shoe. Hopefully the 7 will fit more like the 5.

my Hoka have been fabulous for working out, but took them on vacation where I am walking most of the day instead of just 45 minute workouts and they gave me blisters on the arch of my feet!

They are very pretty! But when l walk, l wobble all over the place. I had bought wide before and thought maybe because l wobbled, they were to wide. But the medium width is just the same. Very unhappy about the $ l spent on these sneakers.

Wish I could return them.
I had the Arahi 4 model and loved it! These are uncomfortable. People who overpronate need shoes that are straighter. This model curves inward too much in the toe box putting pressure on the toes/nails

I only used them ones they were super uncomfortable and the way the return system is, is terrible I can't print out a label which seems to be the only way to return this item.

I was hoping to find good arch support like in the clifton 5, but this had almost no arch support. My feet and knees hurt within 5 minutes of wearing them.

These are for running but I wore them in a 12 hr shift at the hospital and they left my feet aching. When I run in them my feet are sore and my knees hurt. They are not as supportive as I feel they should be and the arch of the support falls too far behind my arch to provide maximum support

I purchased the arahi 6 because I loved my bondi 7s so much and wanted to try a different shoe since those were my first pair from HOKA. I actually don't have wide feet but I prefer wide for work shoes as I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day 6 days a week so my feet tend to swell after walking around for so long. I do sometimes go to the gym after work and wanted shoes for that so I purchased wide and these are definitely not wide. I can't imagine the standard pair as the wide was already very fitted around my arch. Over all if you have very narrow feet and enjoy your shoes hugging them I think these would be a great pair for someone else. Unfortunately they're getting returned and I will be on the hunt for a different shoe!

I had really high hopes for these because I really loved the way they looked! I bought these and the Bondi 7's to see what I liked better. These felt good when I put them on but once I started to walk it felt as if my heel was lower than the rest of my foot and it didnt feel right. I see in the comments people with certain foot issues love these so maybe these are more for those conditons but they werent a match for me. I stuck with the Bondi7 for walking and they are a perfect fit for what I was looking for in a walking shoe.

I was told by a few friends that Hoka shoes were the bomb, especially if you have plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, I do not agree. I find them uncomfortable and my feet scream to take them off after wearing them for just a short bit.

Not sure you received my earlier review, but as I said, you sent me the wrong shoes! I noticed that they were a uglier than I remembered, but the size was right so I blamed it on myself for not paying attention when I bought them. I was desperate for a new pair & wore them before I noticed you sent me Hoka Kawanas & not the Arahi 6. They are OK, not the preferred Hoka for walking, but better than no shoes at all!

I have been wearing Hoka's for many years and this is the first shoe that does not fit - runs small and narrow in the size I typically order. The last version, Arahi 5, did not have this problem. Returning.

I have several pairs of Hokas. LOVE these shoes. Always been a size 9, but these were too short. I've never had that happen with Hoka ... always been true to size. This shoe was not as supportive in the arch as I like. Just underwhelmed, unfortunately.

Just like the headline says, it feels like their customer service and/or sales department is determined to get a review, so here goes! (BTW, are any of you familiar with the old saying, "Be careful what you wish for..."
I really like the "step in" function, so I don't need to hunt for the shoehorn. The shoes themselves look like the wearer should be pushing walker and yelling at people to get off their lawn. Despite the number of orthopedic surgeons I have on speed dial I'm not at that stage yet.

This brand was recommended but I found them to be very uncomfortable and very little support in sole of shoe. Very disappointed
