Used for work. Stand 8 hrs a day. Are comfy but 1 was stretched out in the front material when I received the package & after trying to wear them I realize they weren't fitting right. Called made report & I'm waiting on an exchange.

I have a bunion problem. I usually wear 8 wide. 8 wide in Hoka size is not wide enough and it hurts to wear them for a longer period. They are expensive, I did not send them ack. But no I will not buy them again.

After numerous emails, numerous calls, numerous customer service reps and too much time, I am told that my "too-short" shoe-laces for my women's 7,5 sized shoe can only be replaced if I go through the trouble of finding a box, figuring out how to return and driving to UPS or USPS, waiting on line and waiting for new shipment! Seriously?!! Hoka cannot just send asap the appropriate shoe-laces for my shoe!! Really annoying because I cannot tie them for all the expense.

I loved the color, fit and style. I tried the shoes on they felt great except the inserts didn't stay in and didn't lay flat. The insert bunched up under my toes. The left foot looked worn after trying the shoe on once. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED after finally finding a solid black pair. I returned them the next day. My return was very prompt.

Very tight fit across the midfoot, unlike the other HOKA shoes I have. Odd looking rounded toe. I kept them but I hardly wear them. Such a disappointment because I love the brand.

These shoes hurt. I was told that these shoes would be the ones you never want to take off but these shoes kill my heels. I've given them a solid week to break in but it seems to be getting worse. Now this isn't because my heels are slipping in the shoes, which is what normally happens to me with most shoes, they are just very tight in the heel. If you can try them on in store I would do that before buying them straight from online. Other than that I pretty disappointed all in all.

I love these shoes but this second pair I purchased do not have as much cushion as my first previous pair.

The heel of these shoes feels like it sinks to the ground when I walk. I could tell right out of the box that there was not much support in the heel, but I tried them on the treadmill anyway. Makes my knee hurt after wearing them while walking on the treadmill. Gave two stars because they feel stable and absorb shock well everywhere but the heel.

I liked the style the Arahi 6 shoe and ordered a black and a gray in women's size 8 wide width. I normally wear an 8wide but these felt too wide and my heel did not feel snug. I sent them back for an exchange on 5/12/23 for a 7 1/2 wide width. It is now 5/21/23 and still have not heard a response from them he Hola company. My tracking number said the Agent picked them up on 5/16/23. I wish someone would inform me that they received the 2 pair of shoes and tell me when I can expect the replacements.

Purchased the shoes as gift for my wife, the tread is already separating. Expensive shoes to buy for two weeks worth of wear before already breaking down.

They are going back. Cushiony on bottom which is nice, but wore them inside a few times & the heel sits lower than the rest of the shoe which is uncomfortable & makes my feet hurt, putting all my weight on my heel. I tried adding my orthotic inserts in them, but the shoe is cut so low that then my foot is sticking up out of the shoe.

I love these shoes, they are very comfortable and fit well, and are supportive and lightweight. However, I am a healthcare worker who spends the day moving equipment, and I am finding myself having to replace them about 4 months because the sole gets absolutely shredded, which is a huge waste of money. PLEASE consider making a version of this shoe with a lightweight Vibram sole so it will actually last. The ones I see from Hoka that do usually have goretex, which I don't need indoors, and run far too hot for my feet.

I had heard great things about HOKA shoes and wanted to try because I need a good walking shoe. The second day I wore my new shoes I got blisters on the inside of my heel of both feet. Such a bummer. Returned shoes.

I bought these to replace my last pair of running shoes after 3 consecutive purchases of the Arahi 5s. Jury is still out but so far I am not loving them. The shoes feel stiffer around the top, the toe bed a little more narrow (and I have a very narrow foot) and the arch support not as great. Whereas the 5s were almost perfect from first wear. May start searching other sites to see if can get another pair of the old version.

I'm a Brooks and Asics girl mostly, but decided to try the Hoka brand. Fine for doing errands. When I took a longer walk (35 minutes), the soles of my feet were very sore half way in. The shoe structure feels less cushy and supportive than my regular sneakers. Like the look of these, and the heel isn't too thick like I see in some Hokas, but I had to return. Just not for my feet. I'll go back to Brooks.

These shoes are very comfortable when you first wear them. I'm on my feet all day so I thought I would try them. Within the first two days my feet and legs were hurting well after I took them off. Not the support I needed but a comfortable shoe overall.

I have wide feet and these were plenty spacious. Almost too wide. The "arch support" is more like the insole curved up sharply to dig into your arch. My feet are wide in the toes, not the bottom center so I know it's not digging because of my foot shape. Definitely the shoe. I cannot wear these.

I returned this shoe, it was not the right fit for my foot. Caused foot pain. To bad I hoped it would be perfect since I stand all day.

I am a dog walker, and walk anywhere between 6-10 miles 5 days a week, plus weekend exercise. So these are definitely a daily wear. I bought these shoes in November and was expecting these shoes to last at least a year, given the price point. It has been 5 months and they are falling apart. They are ripped in several spots, inside and outside of the shoe. The insoles were replaced after about 3 months due to no longer providing comfort. I thought that would help, and it has, but the shoes are no longer structurally supportive. The bottoms of the shoes have no more traction. They were very comfortable for the first month or so, but no longer provide that comfort or support. I want to give Hoka another chance, but I don't want to risk spending even more money on a different model only to have them fall apart after a few months as well. I suppose these shoes are for someone who doesn't walk several miles daily.
