Just bought these and they seem to be separating from the sole and the fabric. They are running shoes but I'm afraid they will come apart completely if I run. Should have bought cross trainers. Maybe they would be more rugged and a bit more sturdy. To bad because they are really comfortable shoes.

As per the headline, I wish that I could, but they have been trapped at the Fed Ex distribution center for over 11 days just 20 miles away. Trying to reach out to Fed Ex has been pointless.

I was really looking forward to unpacking and wearing my new Hoka's. Tried them on once for 15 seconds and realized they're too small. I used the sizing chart on the website and bought a half size up and they're still too small. Now they're sitting in my closet unworn. Waste of money.

I love the shoes. It's possibly the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever had. However, after lightly wearing it for about two weeks, there was hole in the shoe. I was very disappointed and decided to return it. Hopefully it was a manufacturing defect, rather than the actual quality of the shoes made by Hoka.

Heads up, the Solimar fits nothing like the Clifton 9. I love the Clifton 9, my very first pair of Hoka. The Solimar feels more narrow, less roomy, less comfortable and just too tight in the exact same size, 10.5D. I was afraid I'd never wear them so I'm returning them. Bummer.

.I walk for a living and I bought these because my feet often hurt at the end of the day. I heard so many great things about them so my hopes were high. Unfortunately this shoe kills my feet, the cut is strange for my foot. I wouldn't recommend and I wish I could return but I threw the receipts and box out.. I lived and learned

This is my second pair in 2 months, may first pair had a rubber piece on the sole coming off after 1 wear, I had to take them to the local post office to return, I got a refund. thought I would try again, just got a pair of women's size 7.5 BB tan color. Problem is I ordered a men's size 8 EE, black shoe. Now I have to go back to post office to return. I don't think I am supposed to have Hoka's....

On top of my original comments of this not being a good replacement for the Hupana and not fit to train/work out in the soles wore out after six months of of just being used for walking/ casual wear. So all around other than being comfortable the shoe is a failure. I find it odd that CS takes time to respond to all the comments in here but ignores the numerous requests to bring back the hupana or at least make a comparable shoe. Additionally suggesting this as the replacement for the hupana and the shoe finder suggest this also. Do better Hoka!

I purchased a pair of Arahi at a retailer. After using only twice the insert in the shoe was almost totally flat and not supportive. So I then try to use Hoka's "great" warranty, but they only offer me a site credit. AND I had to pay the $25 to ship the shoes back to them. Once I finally got my new shoes after two weeks (these Salimars), the left shoe had its plastic shoe tip pointed down and digs into my toes when I run. Could only run for two minutes before that became too uncomfortable. So I call them back, telling the customer service rep I have now had TWO defective pairs (costing over $150 with tax). But alas, said there's nothing they can do but offer to replace them after I pay another $25 to ship these back to them. Didn't even offer to credit me for the $50 in total shipping charges for THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. Maybe these shoes were quality in the past, but now they are all cheaply made in Vietnam. Brooks or New Balance are the way to go. Steer clear of this company. Update: they removed my initial negative review. Can't trust a company that mutes bad reviews of their awful products.

I tried to different shoes and both were not as I expected they would be, you would think that because of the brand and price you would feel more comfortable but to be honest it's not the case, I had more comfortable and stable shoes with cheaper brand (sketchers, under armour) it's sad but true. So disappointed.

I wore the shoes on a plane to NYC and then to Dallas, it was hot and humid in Dallas, I got in in the middle of the night and as I stepped out of the uber, the whole sole of the shoe fell off. Not sure if the glue melted or what. I'd totally buy another pair, but the quality wasn't there. I saw another review mentioning the sole coming off, so I'm writing the review so you guys can figure out how to glue shoes together better. I already got a refund and bought GAVIOTA 5 so don't need any help.

Bought these shoes end of June. August 1 and the sole of the shoe is already coming undone. They are very light and nice to run in but the quality is ridiculous frankly.

I need a great deal of heel cushioning which I get with my Gaviota 4. This model and the Clifton is similar to what is on the market from other manufacturers and does not have the unique features of the Gaviota 4. I have already put my name on the list for Gaviota 5 and look forward to seeing it.

This is only my second pair of Hoka's. The first pair were great. These, not so much. Very little support. Has caused me more aches/pains than any shoes I ever run in.

I bought these shoes last month and the sole of these shoes have been eaten away by the road. The bottom are nearly smooth and the durability is terrible. I would not recommend these shoes for any type of training. Maybe for casual walking around

I have had many pairs of Hoka sneakers before but I don't know who designed this style. I have always been an 11D in all shoes and have never had a problem. These sneakers are so tight and narrow that they hurt my feet. I like the look, medium cushion and the late stage meta rocker but the unusual narrowness of the show makes it definite no for me.

These shoes run way to narrow and do not come in wider widths. Not made for the average American foot.
