There was nothing wrong with the shoes. They were just too small. Sadly I am sending them back.

My 3 pair of Solimars and my 4 pair of Hokas! Love these sneakers.

Like the shoe but HOKA prices a generally too expensive for most budget conscious Americans. I always wait and purchase models on sale. I DO like the lightweight of this particular shoe although it lacks the style and "pizazz" of most other models. All in all I am happy with the shoe

I was looking for a shoe to wear to workout classes at the gym and thought I would try HOKA. The 2E shoe fits my wide foot just fine and the shoes are fairly comfortable. However, these Solimar shoes are not as squishy soft as my HOKA running shoes (Cliftons) so I am a little disappointed in that. I think that they will work out just fine for me. I have only worn them once so far but I am satisfied with my choice.

I previously purchased a Homs running shoe and was expecting a similar width. This shoe feels tighter as such while I like the show I am disappointed with the lack of consistency between shoe types.

Love all my HOKA's - best athletic shoes ever. I have sent all of my other brands to the Goodwill and wear my HOKA's every day. Great support for whatever you do. The Solimar's are great because they are lighter and will be perfect for summer wear with shorts.

I bought these shoes in February to wear at the gym and run on the treadmill. I swear by Hoka shoes and these are very comfortable. However, these shoes are full mesh and by May (3 months in), the mesh has ripped leaving holes in my shoes. Beware when buying these as this could happen as well. I would recommend buying other, sturdier shoes that's aren't fully mesh.

Recovering from knee surgery. Needed light weight, comfortable, supportive, lower profile shoe. I found exactly what I needed!

These shoes are not a good option for daily walking or running, nor are they very good for wearing. I wore these once while on a 1 hour walk and they were uncomfortable making my feet and legs both very tired. I will go back to the Mach 4 shoes for walking and just use these for daily wear. Even when I use them for daily wear, my feet and legs get very tired and my feet burn. The Mach 4 that I have are much better.

Shoe feels narrow, but performance is what you'd expect from Hoka. I have skinny little ape feet, but these still feel narrow on my foot. Still, they have an excellent cushion and perform well walking and hiking.

I tried using this shoe at the gym for a HIIT workout. They were so uncomfortable I had to stop and go to the pool. The shoe is very firm, as advertised, but the bases are very uneven, hard to stand, and are not cut the same way similar HOKA's are. They look really nice but for me they would only be useful sitting around in.

They were not as padded as my previous pair of Nikes. You should better inform prospective customers about the comfort and fit of every shoe you make.

Trying to get back in to running again and this shoe has made a major improvement to cushion the running. Loving them so far.

I'm sold on HOKA. This shoe did come in a bit tight but broken quickly. Love them.

This is my go to shoe. Perfect for weights, walking, yoga and running on the tread mill. I needed to exchange my shoe for a wider version, and it is perfect and comfortable!!!

This is my 4th pair of Hoka's. I have enjoyed each pair and my feet always feel comfortable after using them. I recommend this brand to anyone who asks about running shoes or who complains about their feet hurting after a run.

Would be more comfortable if Hoka could reduce the extra material that is under the tongue at the bottom behind the laces. That little extra piece causes discomfort and rubbing. I noticed this on all their shoes.
Seems like they could solve this problem so that piece is removed.

I use them mostly for walking on paved / gravel trails. The shoes fit well and are comfortable, but I do no think they will last long. Have worn them about 10 miles so far, and where the foam is not covered by rubber on the sole, it is already being worn away.
