As someone who has developed something of an overpronation problem as I've gotten older I need a stability shoe with a straight last and these shoes fit the bill. This is my second pair of the Gaviota model and it is lightweight, has terrific cushioning and has just the right amount of stability I need. It could be used with an orthotic if desired.

Everyday wear.

This is my 6th pair of Hoka's and my 2nd pair of Gaviotas. These are the only shoes that keep my feet happy all day at work or play.

In my 70's I finally gave up 50 years of running in favor of walking to preserve my knees and hips. I love Hoka's and this was perhaps my 6th pair over 10 years. I walk about 60-70 minutes every day. The size 11 fit me perfectly and within an hour, I was out on my walk. GREAT!

Highest level of support maximum cushion great for golf, great for running, and great for just plain walking. Looking forward to more wide options with max support and cushion

I have to wear a brace on one foot and need extra padding for a foot injury that causes great pain. These shoes are wonderful!

Most stable shoe for my pronation

From the time I put my feet into the shoes, I've been comfortable. There are a little higher than my old shoes, but I adjusted to the look and feel after day or two. This is my second pair of this model, this time trying the blue. These Hoka have replaced my work shoes most days.

This shoe is comfortable and gives me the support I need. It is my 3rd pair.

My first pair of Hoka sneakers and I'm very happy with the comfort. I just needed to send the first one back because I need a 1/2 size bigger in the toe area.

This has to be the most comfy shoes I have purchased! My podiatrist told me to purchase Hoka and she was right!

I had surgery to fix a torn labrum in my hip in December. I have worked in fitness for 20 years and worn all types of shoes when training but the Gaviota feels wonderful on my legs and hips. No pain and I am back to walking my pre surgery speed and recovery is easy. Bought 2 pairs!

Everything great about the products

My second pair of Gaviota and I'm just as pleased with this pair for long walks as with my others. Excellent support for long walks.

This is my third purchase of the Gaviota. Wear them all day for work as physical therapist. My primary shoe for leisure as well. Good arch support; comfortable.

This is my third pare of Hokas and I have loved them all. This pair really fits great and has lots of cushion. I buy them just to wear everyday or walk.

I purchased these shoes for my brother who is a policeman and he says these are the best shoes he's ever owned.

Podiatrist wears and suggested them. I was reluctant but continued to look at them. Bunion and orthotics make it difficult to find a comfortable and functional pair of shoes. I ordered them, put them on and they fit perfectly. My feet are happy!

These are perfect for my feet. Great support and comfy. I have several pairs. I use them for work, going out, and yard work.

Great cushion and stability, have multiple pairs of hoka shoes and Gaviota are my favorite so far
