I bought these around Christmas time because I have heard good things about Hokas and the comfort you feel on your feet but I noticed on my right sneaker in the inner part the materiel is torn I'm so sad because they are my favorite.

I like the insoles of these shoes, they are very comfortable.
They are tough to walk in.
I like my Skechers in comparison.

Got my shoes and opened them today, there is what seems like dirt on the side and they smell. The shoes are definitely pre worn. Very disappointed with the product I received in the mail.

I had the shoe for two weeks and it was ripping on the inside heel. I am in the process of returning them which I hope works better than the shoes.

I ordered the widest size and it's still too narrow. Reminds me of Nike. Not bult for larger foot sizes.

Hoka's are so comfortable, but if they don't fix the issue inside the heel at the back of the shoe I will not keep buying them. I have tried several Hoka styles, and the Arahi is my favorite. However, you can see the wear and tear on the back heel after less than two months. I've only worn them when on the treadmill. These shoes have less than 100 miles on them and now rub a blister on my heel. I'm wearing high quality socks as well. It is outside the 30-day window so they cannot be returned. Buyer beware.

The shoe fits my foot, but after walking in them for 45mins my feet were starting to burn. I continue to wear the shoes after the walk just standing in the house. My feet hurt so bad I had to take them off. I like the shoe . I bought them because many people recommended them. They just don't work for me.

They are very uncomfortable. I deliver mail for a living. That's why I purchased them. I be on my feet 8-10 hours a day. They hurt the back of my heels.

I have had to order 3 pairs of the same shoe same size because I can't get a good fit first pair was good but I wanted a different color scheme since then I cannot find a good fit

I owned a pair of Arahi 6 and was happy with them. I recently bought a replacement pair (same model Arahi 6) and the fit on right shoe is totally different.
Some quality control issues with an internal seam. When I called Hoka they told me I could send them back (at my own expense) and MAYBE they would replace them at their discretion. A real disappointment in terms of quality control and customer service for a repeat customer
