These fit perfectly the minute I tried them on. Size 11 M. They were so comfortable and they look terrific!

I was looking for a pair of comfortable off-white / winter white dress shoes. These seemed comfortable for the short time I tried them one, and would definitely work for a variety of office styles, however they are not ‘bone’ - they are tan edging to ecru. Wrong color, so they are being returned.

These shoes were just what I was looking for. Stylish and comfortable. I bought the neutral color. I think they can be worn with just about anything, pants, shorts, a skirt or dress. They seem well made and leather has a quality look and feel. Love that they have an adjustable buckle sling back as opposed to an elastic one. I have had shoes like that and it always stretches out. These shoes are a higher price than I would have liked to pay but I could not find them on sale, but they are lovely so I will keep them and pay the price. Would have loved to find them on sale. If I do I will consider a second pair in another color.

The fit and size was actually not bad. I have a very narrow foot and it is extremely difficult these days to find fashionable narrow widths. I have a rehearsed rant on this, but I'll spare you! :) (What do young women with narrow feet do? Our feet don't just get narrow as we get older!) The sling back alleviates the heel being too wide, but my foot still slid around to the point I couldn't justify keeping them. But, they are lovely shoes, well made, just for feet that are a bit wider. Thank you, Zappos, for your fantastic customer service and a HUGE thank you for carrying what narrow widths you can find.

This is the perfect shoe that I was looking for. However, even though I have narrow feet, I ended up ordering the same shoe in a Medium width. It had just a little bit more room in the toe box.

Very pretty shoes and soles are not slippery. I have yet to wear them to my daughter's wedding but they felt good when i tried them on so i expect a good experience with them.

I ordered these for my mom who has a very narrow foot especially in her heel. She loves them & says they are very comfortable.

I sometimes wear W but returned them for M which fit perfectly. I need arch support so I stuck on gel arch supports- perfect! Stylish, lovely and versatile shoes. Great with skirts, dress pants or jeans- and as usual- wonderful customer service.

The fiat was consistent with Trotters...even though In other brands I wear a N.

Have bought trotters before (other styles) and find the brand of consistent quality and fit. I would have liked just a bit more arch support but these still fit the bill as good conservative summer work shoes. I have a narrow foot and there are limited shoes in stores in narrow so I turn to Zappos.

Sizing was accurate in Bone, but way off in Black. Not a true 7.5WW. I ordered a 9WW to see if it would be better: it's a true 9 but not WW.

Shoes were great for the price.

A god looking shoe but too wide- this is my usual size with this brand

These shoes are cute and look very much like Italian made ones. However, they are extremely narrow. A 1/2 size would not help this shoe. They also have no arch support.

The toe was way too pointy and my heel slid off the shoe. Returned.
