Very cute shoes. Width and length were both smaller than expected which is why I gave an overall lower rating.

These were delivered in a box that has an indented corner. It arrived that way. Possibly those plastic bags they are sent in are not protecting them adequately. the reason for the return is: The shoes do not fit properly. Please do not send any more nasty emails.

Very disappointed, since I loved the design of shoe. I have an 8 1/2 N foot, and as soon as I saw it could see it was too cramped with insole. I could barely get my foot in shoe and it was very stiff, especially around heel. Their designers are good, but construction is bad!

This is a cute shoe. The sole is very stiff. The shoe was extra large for my foot.

The style is cute and I wanted to like these! My regular size is an 8 which was WAY too small. I kept trying multiple exchanges up to a size 9.5, which was still too small! Something about these just isn't made right. I decided they're not for me.

The sizing is crazy inconsistent! I normally wear a 9-1/2M. When it came is fit like a size 9N so exchanged it for a 10M and the length was good but still too narrow. Next of course was a 10W. It was a full 1/2 too long as I looked down at my heel. I give up!

I was very diappointed. The wide width was fine in toe box but extended the whole length of the shoe. Literally walked right out of the shoe.

The background color is a Very Bright Yellow, not a ‘neutral’ as described. Very loose in the heel too, so they’re going back. Disappointed.

They are totally not comfortable for me They are pinching my toes and and I have to try to wedge my foot in. they aren't wide enough either. I purchased a 7.5w They are so not comfortable I won't even try to exchange them.

I loved the appearance of this shoe but the heel was too loose. I tried 3 different sizes and none of them worked.

Love the shoes but so stiff they hurt my feet and the heel slips a little and rubs on the back of my feet.

The background is yellow and to my they are not very attractive.

Correct size in the length but narrow in the front. I don’t usually wear wide shoes but in this shoe I would need to. Did appreciate the arch support though.

I bought these shoes because they were cute and looked comfortable. Boy I was wrong. These shoes were in the top ten of my all time worst purchases. Super uncomfortable. I wore them all day so can’t return them. Honestly, a terrible shoe.

So these were just want I wanted. They are comfortable except the heel flops and gives me blisters. I have wide feet by must in the top...not the heels. I tried putting insoles in them and those things that keep your heel from flopping but to no avail. I really wanted them to work but they don't.

These shoes are cute, casual and the WW is definitely wide enough. They are very soft and have decent support. The issue is the heels are too loose as with many wide width shoes. They are too loose in the heal and cause blisters. If you have a wider heel too you will probably like them but sadly I don't think I will be able to wear them much.

Love these shoes and they are very comfortable, however after five months they look like they are falling apart. They have been hand-washed, however dirt and stains won't come out of them. And as you can see by the pictures, the cord rim is coming completely off on the right shoe and is unattached from the rubber sole on the left shoe. I am very disappointed and was really hoping for more from these.

I can't fathom how these shoes could be marked as extra wide (EE). They were much narrower than I would have expected and I tried 2 sizes - 9 and 10 - since I figured the 10 would maybe have a little more wiggle room. Nope. Also, the back of the shoe is angled weird which I should have seen by looking at the photos but once I actually got my foot into the 10, the back of the shoe hit the top of my heel so hard that I couldn't wait to get them off. Disappointed since they are a cute shoe but back they go.

You definitely need a full size up on this shoe! I'm usually a 9M ordered a 9 and could barely get my foot in there!! This was definitely a disappointment. Never mind how narrow the shoe was :( I'm returning and not even trying to get these in a bigger size.

As other reviewers have noted, the shoe construction somehow causes a very loose fit in the heel area causing one’s heel to slip out. As a 6 to 6 1/2 Narrow customer, there is a very limited selection of stylish shoes. Unfortunately, though a shoe is a narrow, the heel of the shoes are just not made narrow enough. This was a really cute shoe and I wanted it badly. I tried several sizes, but just couldn’t make it work.

I walked right out of this shoe. I am disappointed because I really liked the style. Not in any stretch of the imagination a 'narrow' AA shoe.

I have a bunion on both feet, so I have an extremely difficult time finding comfortable shoes. Even wide width shoes are not wide enough for me. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have mentioned, this shoe fit me in the toe box and was wide enough for my bunions, but the heel was too wide and the shoes kept slipping off my feet. I wound up trying SAS brand. Although SAS are expensive, they seem to be very well made and the EE width fits my bunion and the heel does not slip. The SAS shoes are made with cushioning on either side of the heel, preventing slippage. I am so happy with SAS that I bought one pair of black pumps and 2 pairs of flats. I wish other shoe manufacturers would realize that just because we need a wider toe box, that does not mean that our heels need more width.
