Lightweight, nice feel on the skin, with a little bit of stretch for easy range of motion.
Packs easily, wrinkle resistant, breathes well.
No reason not to get two

I can't say enough good things about this shirt. I'll keep my review simple by just addressing a few points.
Bombproofedness:
I can ball up the shirt in one fist and stuff it in a compression sack. After fishing it back out and letting it hang for a bit, it looks like it was just ironed. (only mild exaggeration)
I have worn this thing for a 5 day stretch with only sporadic showering in a fairly hot and humid climate and: the shirt doesn't get dirty- it just doesn't hold stains... and it doesn't at any point produce any remarkable odor.
Its going on a year now and no stitching has come loose anywhere. Everything still looks perfect. The buttons, which are the most durable things in the world, are all still present.
Style:
As always, got the medium, and it fits me perfectly. Torso fits trimly and the length is best for wearing untucked... Tucking is possible, but a little difficult unless wearing pants a bit too high up.
You can wear this shirt on its own, with a blazer, with a t-shirt underneath.. Doesn't matter, it looks good with everything.
I have the blue (no longer available), which was a super stout color.
There is literally nothing you couldn't wear this shirt for. For business or anything professional it could easily hold its own. Casual and hiking you would never notice you are wearing something so upscale looking. If you wanna be really hardcore about it you could wear it climbing or for other sports. Your range of motion would not be limited and unless you take a dive into a rosebush while mountainbiking you wouldn't have to be worried about damaging it.
However, 2 things I would like to address:
1. Logo! While it isn't all that obvious on the back between your shoulder blades, I still think this type of shirt should do without. Why not the little tag from the Peakline or Frontera?
2. Availability.. Finding these in LS in Germany is nearly impossible. please.. make more! Also, think you could pull one off in White???? ;)

Between my business and a hectic recreational schedule, I'm always on the go. From that perspective, this is without a doubt the finest piece of outdoor clothing I have ever owned. Whether I'm in a bar, traveling or on a long hike, someone always compliments me on the look and feel of this shirt. What are you waiting for, buy it.

This lightweight shirt is made of a buttery-soft fabric that is very comfortable to wear. It takes no room to pack, washes in a second and doesn't wrinkle. Great for travel and nice enough for a night out. This shirt has become a real favorite of mine and I look forward to some new colors.

This is a great shirt. I love the material, the snap buttons, the concealed placket, and the zippered chest pocket. It's a very clean, very modern look. Only negative is the sleeves are really REALLY long. For reference, I'm 6' and I normally wear a 15 1/2 x 34 dress shirt. These sleeves are about 2 inches too long. If I had it to do over again, I would've purchased the short sleeve version.

The shirt is nice in its current design, modern and really light weight while still looking solid and minimalistic.
There's alot of hate for the zipper pocket but its kind of what attracted me to the shirt as it comes across as modern.
The sleeve length though is a bit weird as it bunches up in the arms around the elbos quite a bit and the length in the XXL is a bit too much making it a required tuck in shirt.
I like the snaps but they do feel as if they may tear the fabric if just pulling on the fabric to undo the snaps, thats pretty normal but felt it was mentionable.
For referance I am proabalby a different size than most but seeing as the XXXL is sold out, im clearly not the only big guy buying this shirt.
I got the Navy Blue in XXL
I am 250~ pounds 5"11 on a good day.
I still like the shirt, its definitly something ill keep but I will probably buy the XL and hope that it is short enough in all the right places to not look weird and not have to be tucked in.
Overall though I think its a great shirt and worth its value though I do wish a product existed like this with a more solid material, almost like this but a bit more of a jacket material while still being a first layer
as an aside If you are large in the gut, fix that. then maybe come back and grab this shirt though the arm bunching is a bit weird and i don't have that issue with other brands.

I'm 190cm (6ft 3) tall and a sturdy benchpressing 105kg (230lbs). According to the sizing chart, I'm *exactly* an XL for chest (most important fit for a shirt), an L for arm length and between L and XL for waist. I do frequent the gym and lift quite substantial weights, but like most 40+ men I have some belly as well
I'm too wide over the chest to fit in large, but armlength and hemlength of the XL is a bit too long. This isn't really the case with outer layers (I also have Cerium LT and Proton LT, both in XL), or at least not as noticeable, but on this shirt it really shows. I think the problem is that Arc'teryx ups measurements as if XL was proportionately larger than L in every dimension, when the more common case is that arms and height is roughly the same, shoulder width is a few cm larger and chest circumference is quite drastically larger.
Because the shoulder width doesn't increase as drastically as the chest circumference when one bulks up (and height obviously doesn't change at all), the shirt shoulders end up a tiny bit wide and the arms and hem end up a little too long, or one has to size down and risk unsnapping the buttons when moving. For reference the space between the top two buttons only slightly "bend apart" but without any real pressure when I put my hands behind my back. This is the test I normally use to make sure a shirt has enough chest room for me not to lose buttons when I sit down and pull my chair in.
There are more guys between 185 and 195cm that have the same bodyshape as me than there are guys 2m tall and slim-ish, so I would really like to see arc'teryx change how they do proportions when sizing up.
As a sidenote, I think people with wide chest and shoulders would prefer a shirt that's a teensy bit tight (within reason, ofcourse) than one that hangs a little too loose.

This had the buttery soft, super-lightweight, gorgeously dyed fabric I was expecting, but not quite the fit I was hoping for.
Arc'teryx describes this as "Trim Fit" but don't think "trim fit" as in dress shirts. The photo of the empty shirt makes it look like it comes in quite a bit at the waist, like a trim fit dress shirt often will, and the trim fit size guide lists a 7 inch chest to waist drop. In reality the shot of the model wearing a white one is more accurate - it's almost a straight drop (at least in a Large).
Also, if you are looking at the trim fit size guide and thinking you need to go up from your usual Arc'teryx size, don't. I'm reliably a Large in Arc'teryx gear, but I almost went XL for this shirt since the Trim Fit size guide says 43" chest, mine is 45", and I didn't want stretch lines across the front. It turns out the large fits fine in the chest, in fact, the shoulder seam falls about 1inch too far out on either side, where I usually have the reverse problem.
There's just nothing else around like this shirt, so instead of a return, I took it to a tailor to fix the shoulder and bring the waist way in. So despite not liking the default fit, I suspect I'll be living in this shirt whenever I travel and probably for nights out too.

The shirt fits and feels wonderful. Incredibly soft and a bit of stretch. I'm 5'9" 135lbs and the extra small is perfect. I think In today's market the XS is what the small used to be due to the ever enlarging population. That said I don't see a major difference in the trim fit and regular. Body is slightly trimmer but shoulders exactly the same which should be trimmer as well. Overall, it's a great piece. I'd prefer a shirt tail hem rather than straight but to each their own. Those are the reasons of a 4 instead of 5 but still great.

This shirt is incredibly comfortable. The material breathes well and dries quickly. It is Almost the perfect shirt for daily where in any setting. The ONE GLARING design flaw is that zippered pocket. It's odd. I don't know that a pocket serves any realistic purpose anyhow, and WHY add a zipper? In my opinion, Lose the pocket entirely and let the design be free. An Athletic cut would also be nice, since this material is perfect for it.

I own several earlier incarnations of this shirt. The fabric is suberb. It's too bad that this version is marred by a zipper. I did buy one of these, and wear it at home and on the trail, but not to the office or out to dinner, as I was able to with the earlier versions.

Previous version Was a great all around shirt for travel, office, and leisure. Even Worked under a lite sport coat. The zipper cheapens the image and reduces the range of use.

Love this shirt, have two of them. I really hate having a zipper in the front. It's not function and not professional looking. Zippers cheapen the shirt. Also, I'm glad this is a snap shirt, but the snaps have gotten caught in my washing machine for both shirts. Something about these shirts and the material make them ripe for being destroyed by even tumble washing machines.
My advice to the team: lose the zippers and improve the snaps or material so they don't get eaten by washing machines.

I can only add what others have already said. I wear the shirt to work. The zipper and cheap bulky snaps KILLED IT. Once the most stylish and comfortable shirt you could wear day to day of all the outdoor clothing makers, it's now just a huge disappointment. Such an incredible Fall From Grace. A Total Miss. PLEASE go back to the original. LOOSE THE ZIPPER AND CHEAP BULKY SNAPS.

Seems like this shirt has replaced your excellent Elaho shirt that I am a big fan of and have 4 of them. This shirt is baggy and boxy in comparison , more suited for a board meeting instead of hiking outdoors. I miss the Elaho that forms and moves with your body.

I've got several shirts of the previous version that did'nt have the zipper. It's a fantastic shirt, really durable and it works for any situation, from the mountaintops to the city. Unfortunately the zipper pocket ruins it for me.
Please go back to the old version so that I can update my closet and once again recommend this product.

Love the older iterations of this shirt. The addition of the zipper rather than pocket fold kills the multi purpose use of the shirt

I own six of these shirts, the previous iteration being perfect for office casual, travel and just about anything else. Did I say how much I loved the previous version of this shirt? This new version is ugly with the zipper and the logo. Please go back to the previous version, and I'd love to see a version in white.

I owned the older model of this shirt for a few years, and it was the best hiking shirt I have ever owned! Fits a skinny guy with long arms perfectly, has unlimited freedom of movement, sleeves roll up nicely and stay up, buttons are ssoooooooo easy to use. Talk about the fit - finally no folding of extra fabric around the hip under the hipbelt, and absolutely no chafing at the seams! The material was cool on hot days, but also blocked just enough wind on cooler mornings too.
The small pocket was perfect to stow away my earplugs. No need to hassle with a button, snap or a zipper, until.... the redesign. I absolutely used to love this pocket for its ease of use and tidy look, but now it is the only small detail that has so big disadvantages that I no longer will be buying the shirt, no matter how perfect the fit otherwise.
The zipper will catch on to the plugs, you need to pull on the pull which pulls the fabric and you need to pull it more because of the stretch. It also is in the way of backpack straps and it pops out from the shirt from afar. No longer cityproof, this shirt went over the line to the tech look.
Some have pointed out a slight pilling issue, and it definitely was there. I had some under my shoulder straps and on the back of the hipbelt with some small permanen wrinkles. I think that is more due to the immense abuse I put this shirt through.
I would buy another one of these instantly, if I found a size S in one of the lighter colors. I really wish I had got the pegasus color as a spare shirt. Didn't see a redesign coming.
