I bought these at the last minute for a semi-formal wedding in a mountain meadow. I had a leg injury & couldn’t wear stockings, but my skirt was midi-length & bandages etc wouldn’t show. I have a side bunion on one foot & top bunion on the other—always tricky to find comfortable & good-looking shoes, esp heels, which I rarely wear. These pumps were incredibly comfortable with no stockings (& I forgot footies), even though I didn’t have time to break them in. I wore them the entire event without one complaint, & despite leg injury, danced up a storm post-dinner...& speaking of storm, right after ceremony concluded, a wicked storm broke as we were heading for the dinner/dance tent. By the time we got there, we were soaked, & these shoes were coated in red mud. No one let that stop a magical evening. After the mud was dry, I took a sonic scrubber, loosened all I could, re-wet the shoes & scrubbed them off. They look like new, and are sparkley as ever. Hooray!! (My first ever Zappos review ??)

buyer beware - really wanted to like these had to order up a size. first day I wore them the heals busted off!! terrible will have to return again

I recently had surgery on both knees and can no longer wear high heels. My feet are wide anyway and with the surgeries, they are still a little swollen. I appreciate that these shoes were available in extra wide. These shoes are perfect for my needs. The sweetheart shape on top makes them look more dainty and feminine on my feet. The chunky low heel keeps me stable and safe. My only disappointment was that my size wasn't available in the beige color, so I had to settle for only one pair in black. Otherwise I would have bought two pairs.

Many thanks to previous reviewers who said this shoe runs smaller and narrower than most shoes of the same size. I ordered a half size larger and one width wider, and got a perfect fit. This shoe offers class and sophistication, for a very reasonable price. I’d definitely buy it again.

Great looking shoe and I really liked that the soles have traction. But I ordered my usual size and they were at least an inch too long. The next size down wasn’t available so I tried two sizes down but that was just barely too short. Really wish I could get a fit—love the shoe.

My daughter has large feet and can only buy shoes online as most stores don't carry her size. She loved these shoes. Wore them 2 times and then the heel plate broke off. She was just walking. And, in looking at it, the pieces that go in the holes are stuck in there. No way to fix this. These were too expensive to not get more than 2 wearings out of them. Very disappointed.

Based on the other reviews and product availability I went a full size larger than my normal size. Extra width is perfect. I’ve purchased pads to help with the length. They style and color are perfect, no complaints.

I absolutely love the look of this shoe. The heel is low so it's comfortable. I ordered both navy and black and they were both beautiful. Unfortunately the shoe was too small in my normal size and too big in a 1/2 size larger. I would have kept both the black and the blue if they had fit.

After reading the reviews, I ordered 8.5W, whereas I often wear an 8 regular width (but sometimes an 8.5). I think the 8.5 will be fine, though it feels slightly tight (but not uncomfortable). I've ordered the 9 just to double check and see which is best for me. So I agree with others that you should order larger than usual. Meanwhile, though, I love the look and style and they seem well made. I'm looking forward to wearing them once I settle on the right size.

These are really lovely shoes, they seem very well made and the rubber sole make them very safe. And they are a perfect match to my mother-of-the-groom dress. But they are just too big, a little wide, and a bit too long. I'd imagine that an 11.5 would fit very well, but that isn't available in this shoe. Too bad and I'm very thankful Zappos is so easy to work with as I go through shoe after shoe trying to find the right one.

this is a beautiful shoe, but it is very narrow across the vamp. I have two other pairs of this brand in a B width and they are fine. I ordered this in a wide and thought it would be fine, but Sorry it is not

Great shoe feels good on and can keep them on all day. This brand runs small so order half size up. Looks great on a very smart looking shoe.

Nice classic shoe & great quality for the price. The WW width fit more like tight W. I would order again if they offered a wider toe box. I have ordered shoes of the same brand that do run true to width. Keep trying!!

Having had two foot surgeries, my days of high heels have passed. I needed a dress pump with a low heel to go with a royal blue dress for an upcoming wedding. I didn’t want black or anything with open toe, straps, or bling. This shoe looked perfect. It’s not old lady-ish. Ordered it in 7.5 and 8. I’m usually a 7.5 medium width. Interesting, when I placed the order Zappo came back with a message telling me that based on previous ordering history they suggested the 8 would probably be my size. They were right! The 7.5 was too tight. The shoe is lovelier than it looks online. It’s metallic without too much bling and will go with either silver or gold jewelry. The inside has some padding and enough arch support. I wouldn’t want to walk miles in them but they’re comfortable for an evening on my feet and dancing.

Unlike most flats or shoes of this type, the vamp is actually cut high enough NOT to cut across my bunions--this is a rare find! And the metallic is nice--not blindingly shiny. The low stacked heel has a nice little metal detail that adds to the overall style, and the height of the heel felt very stable. Unfortunately, in the end they're going back as they're still not supportive enough. I have arthritis and painful feet, and most dressy shoes just don't lend enough support. It's definitely more comfortable and thoughtfully styled than most shoes of this type.

I absolutely loved the style of these shoes because of the lower heel. These black shoes would have been great for dressy occasions for an older person like me. Sadly, I had to send 3 sizes back. My usual size is 9.5W. The 9.5 W was way too large, leaving a good half inch of space in the heel. I tried the 9W and the 8.5W, but both were too tight in the toe box. So I guess my search continues on Zappos for a similarly styled shoe. It's tough because I have had a lot of foot surgery, but with Zappos, there are so many brands to choose from. The returns process was incredibly smooth, and as always, I won't shop anywhere else for shoes. Thank you for such a liberal returns process. I have recommended Zappos to all of my friends, and they, too, love your outstanding service!

Beautiful shoes that look great with almost anything. They run VERY small; I needed a full size up from my usual. There's a tighter taper than you think on the outer front; probably not comfortable for people whose toes are more squared.

These shoes look great. I wish they were available in a wider width because the person for whom they were purchased has very wide feet. White pumps are hard to come by, so I was glad to find ones that were a bit of an update for my family member who hails from the generation that finds them a staple of her wardrobe. Thank you, J. This is a beautiful shoe, though doesn't have the inside comfort of a more expensive shoe (probably typical for these really fancy type of shoes). I was excited to find one with a low heel -- very rare!! The toe box seemed not too deep (height/depth, not length), so the tops of my toenails touched, especially if I put in a flat shoe insert for a bit of padding and to try to make the 7 fit -- may have needed a 6 1/2. It is stunning, though.

The fit was ok, the width just wasn't right for my feet. Was wide enough but I think toe box maybe should be higher too. I really loved those shoes, but for me wasn't worth the price of them to squish my feet all up.

I was very excited about these shows, I love the color and the style. They would have been great work shoes. However, the first time I wore them, the bottom of the heels just crumbled and fell off. I should have paid attention to the other reviews. Thankfully Zappos has a fantastic return policy.

J. Renee is one of my favorite shoe brands. I was a little disappointed that the upper was synthetic but overall very pleased with my purchase.

I love them. They are beautiful and elegant. Fit perfectly. The right heal for me.
