The shoes are great, but the customer service and delivery was awful. I wouldn't recommend buying from vans direct. Was told I'd get partial refund nothing happened.

I purchase vans a lot and ive never had an issue until now. I bought them for my daughter and they fell apart after wearing them to school for 6 days.

Toes too open

These shoes destroyed the back of my heels and were beyond uncomfortable. I love vans and have worn them all my life but this is by far the worst pair I've ever owned

They came all smashed up. The top hurt my foot.

I was so excited to receive my shoes. I opened the box and they looked fine. I put them on and he entire heel/sole of the shoe was falling off or not glued on, the threads were loose and coming upart in some spots. Very displeased! Returned the next day. Hopefully, they don't get shipped to the next person. Size 7.5/9...

This was my 1st pair of Van's and they were super comfy and looked really cool but, then the soles started to come unglued. I've only had them 3 weeks! Pretty sure this will be my last pair and I'm going back to Chuck Taylor's. Sorry Vans.

Fabric by elastic broke second time I wore them. Kids got them for me for Mother's Day and did not keep the receipt.

Cheap slip ons

I used to buy these all of the time every year, for YEARS. But last year 2021 I discovered the 7.5 was suddenly too big, my foot slipped out. I tried the 7, too small as expected. I waited a few months, tried 7.5 again, too big. I even called and spoke with the representative to see if there had been a size change but they did not know. Just tried to order these again (2022), still too big - what happened??? I have these in white and black from 2019 and they fit perfect. Please go back to the original fit!!!

I am disappointed because i received different size of shoes..so i returned the item..

I wanted to like these shoes I really did but I haven't even worn them a month and they're already coming apart and I don't even wear them daily they are cute, But the quality just isn't there, so disappointing.

The shoes look great on the website but when I received them they were not the same color the shoe on the website. Very DISAPPOINTED it was a waste of my money. They have a peach color to then NOT brown

The shoes looked great but had squeaky soles. I had to return them. I was quite disappointed. I have another pair of Vans and they're fine. What's going Vans?

My daughter has to wear orthotic insoles (Superfeet). We found that the insoles that come in these shoes are not removable to insert orthotic insoles! Either we have the rip the entire shoe bottom, or add insoles that makes the shoes too shallow to be uncomfortable. Who would think the bottom is one single glued up piece! Sadly the shoes are destroyed as my daughter attempted to remove the original insole. They were not even worn once.
