First danskos recommended by podiatrist - Very comfortable shoes! My doctor wears them herself and recommended them to me for treatment of my plantars fasciitis. I want more!

Wonderful!! Take a while to break in, but once you do, these are the most comfortable shoes out there! Totally love them!!! Have two pairs!

I might never wear another shoe again. These have really improved my lower back pain. I wear a U.S. size 11 but found 42 to fit just right.

Dansko Professional - I love my Dansko Professional. From other reviews, I thought it might run wide so I first ordered the "Narrow Pro". However, it was too narrow through the instep so I had to return it in exchange for the medium width. They do run a little wide through the toe part of the shoe, but true to width in the instep. Everything else was true to size. They are excellent quality and good looking. Once I got the correct size, they are great. I also ordered the "Sonja" (I think that's what it was called) with the open back as I liked this one so well. I love them both. Zappos offers great service also. They were here so fast. Good choice!!

Why did I wait so long to invest? I told myself I would spend the $100+ on Danskos when it was time to go back to med school (I'm working on some research now)... but all day on my feet in the lab, my back and knees have been killing me, so I splurged, and after 5 minutes of putting them on, my whole body felt better. My posture improved immediately today, and I was just a happier person. Happy feet! So it was either a very expensive placebo effect, OR all the reviews I read on here before I bought my shoes were right, and I should have invested in these shoes sooner. I don't mean to sound obsessive, but these ARE the best shoes I've ever had. More comfortable than sneakers or even (gasp!) slippers! If you're hemming and hawing over the expense, it is just like everyone says, Dansko is superior! I wish I knew about these back when I waitressed too. Zappo's speed and ease makes me want to keep getting more shoes here! More colors!

Comfortable "All Purpose" Shoe! I was looking for a shoe that I could wear almost anywhere and that would be warm and comfortable for winter wear. Dankso's Professional has fit the bill. I haven't worn any other shoe this winter (even to church!). Just recently I got into some deep mud, which DIDN'T seep inside, and they cleaned up good as new afterwards with a wet paper towel.

Excellent times three! Dansko's and Zappo's - After having Planter faciitis surgery on both feet with still no positive result with the left foot, I find I can literally walk if not run without pain. I too am on my feet with concrete floor 8 hrs. each day for work. The shoe helps my posture and places the pressure more to the front and off the heel. Feels like I am walking on a pillow, they are so comfortable. This is my second pair and I will not look elsewhere when it comes to work shoes. Also Zappos's on line was excellent in shipping and delivery. Within a few days I had my shoes, free shipping. They are well worth every penny. The shoes saved my feet and job. I love the comfort and style. Soo cute!!! and comfy. Trust me, you won't be disappointed if you have problem feet. I cannot say enough good. Keep making them I have 15 more years of work to go.... These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought. After wearing them for 8 hours at work I dont have to rush home and take them off. They are attractive and durable. I highly recommend them to anyone who is on their feet for any length of time.

Dansko Professional - I work at two different retail locations. I'm on my feet the whole day. I realize the importance of having a better quality shoe due do getting older and keeping my legs and feet looking more attractive. This shoe is awesome and I will buy more and tell everyone I know about them and how wonderful Zappos is.

I have worn danskos for six years, I spend long hours on my feet. I have a history of back problems, which have been greatly reduced.

Best nursing shoes ever!! I have been a nurse for 12 years and this is the best pair of shoes I have bought. I have resisted spending very much money on my shoes in the past but these are well worth it. They are not cushy or soft when you put them on so I was skeptical about how comfortable they would be. After a 12 hour shift I was very pleased. I have bought shoes that at first feel very soft and cushy but that breaks down very quickly. These are strong shoes that I don't see breaking down any time soon.

Cute, classy, and extremely comfortable. What more can you ask for? Plus you can slip them on. they are slicker on ice than I would've thought though

I just ordered my 7th pair of Danskos tonight. I used to have the hardest time finding shoes that were comfortable, that didn't pinch or leave blisters. Then one day I walked into a store in my neighborhood and fell in love with a pair of Dansko red nubuck Professionals. I rarely wear any other show anymore. My red Professionals took me the 6 miles I had to walk on 9/11 and I never even had a blister! They are even great for trips to Disney. Some people may tease you for wearing clogs, but you will have the last laugh, because you will be the one with comfy tootsies and no back or knee aches. These are great shoes.

Dansko professionsl - I work 12 hours days. These shoes are very comfotable, easy to clean and haave alleviated knee and foot pain.

Stylish and comfortable - I love this shoe! I have problems with ingrown toenails and a bunion but this shoe is comfortable. I don't even have to wear my custom orthotics. It is the only stylish shoe in my closet that I can actually wear.

RN loves 'em - Hello there, I have had my white clogs for about 2 years now and they are STILL more comfortable than any shoe I have worn! My feet RARELY hurt after a 14 hour nights on my feet. The worst part about breaking them for me were some charley horses when I would take the shoes off and walk in bare feet. But that was a problem for a VERy short period. Now I love them. I am just waiting for them to wear out so I can buy a new pair!

Review of Dansko Professional - This is another excellent Dansko product of high quality. The leather has a highly polished look and is easy to maintain. With pants that are long enough to cover a good portion of the shoe, the look is appropriate in a business office setting. I have found the shoe to be true to size. This shoe offers supreme comfort. The cushioning in the inner sole of the shoe is more than adequate. Some of the other Dansko styles (the Lolita sandal, for instance) are less supportive, and I can only wear them for a day at a time. It's great to know that I can always go back to wearing this closed back clog-style day after day and remain discomfort-free (supination, bunions on the outside edge of my feet, fallen arches, shin splints, etc.) the entire time. What's more, I don't have to wear my orthotics with this closed back clog-style. A great, great shoe overall. (I only wish it were available in a dark brown or dark navy, highly polished leather, too!)

Dansko Professional - I LOVE my Dansko's!! I'm an R.N. and I'm on my feet for 14 hours a day. I have tried so many other brands/types of shoes and ended up in PAIN. I have definitely decided to trust my feet to Dansko from now on.

Great shoes - These shoes are so comfortable and very stylish. I am a nursing school student and I can see I will be wearing them for many years to come.

Soooo comfy! These are the most comfortable work shoes! They have a different feel than most shoes -- your heel lifts up when you walk -- and it takes a little while for the shoes to mold to your feet -- but, then, OOOHHHH.. they are really comfy!!! I'm glad I decided to make the investment. Also the leather wipes clean really well.

Amazing Shoes - I didn't want to admit that I need to get the "work" shoes, but after wearing them and realizing how comfortable they are, how much better I feel wearing them all day and actually think they look like a 5 star shoe - I recommend them to anyone! I look forward to getting the black cherry Dansko Professionals next!

Awesome clogs! I LOVE these clogs! Total comfort. On my feet all day. Also walked cobblestone streets of Antigua Guatemala in them. I have fat feet, the fit is great. My feet never hurt! Just wish they weren't so costly...

Hand made means hand-made flaws - I like the look and color of these shoes and I have another pair of professional Dansko's in the black box leather. This pair, however, was far too big on me although I ordered exactly the same size.
