I love llbean but what a disappointment. It says fleece lined but only part of the glove. In 20 degree weather walking to the car and into work, it barely kept my hands warm. Do not buy, a waste of money. The gloves wouldn't keep you warm in 40 degree weather. Need to return. Runs big. There's plenty of room to add thicker fleece with more distribution.

These were not fleece gloves. So either they were labeled incorrectly, or LL Bean doesn't know their products.

These gloves were touted as being toasty and warm. They are not! They are very thin, prima loft, insulation or not. I've had lightweight gloves before that are much warmer than this. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed in these gloves. In temperatures hovering around freezing, they did not keep my hands warm, at all. I am a loyal llbean customer and am never disappointed with their products. These gloves are not up to par.

Bought & wore home from store. Was about 30 out last night and even in car with no heat they did not keep my hands warm at all. Shame cause the fit was great and the price was good.

The gloves are soft and stretchy.
The grippy surface on the palm is very stiff and you can feel the edges of it.
There is no touch screen sensitivity at all. I have to remove them to use my phone.

I wore out my last pair of Primaloft gloves, and bought these as a replacement. They DO NOT have the touchscreen sensor on the index finger. This was the main reason I bought these gloves, as I have Reynaud's Syndrome. Being able to use my phone with my gloves on is a true lifesaver for me. I'm so disappointed I won't have this option anymore!

Great Gloves, but this replacement pair runs very large compared to the same glove I own.

These were very comfortable and I was able to use my phone easily while wearing them, but they made my hands slide too much on my car steering wheelI was afraid I would get in an accident, so had to return the gloves.

Received these gloves for Christmas and have no luck with the touchscreen compatibility on the pad side of the finger. The fingernail side works about 75% of the time.

While wearing these gloves you can turn your iPhone on, IF using the side button, and that's as techy as these gloves get. "Touch screen compatible for basic functionality" means you get to take your glove off after all. Disappointed. I'll buy my gloves elsewhere.

I wanted these to fit tight to my fingers like the Adventure Grid (but have the touchscreen fingers). These flopped around on my fingers and the distance seemed too short to my wrist so I ended up sending them back. Not what I was looking for.

Loved the gloves - good fit & comfortable, but they arrived with a small slit in the finger seam so I returned them.

Comfortable, but they are not at all warm once you get below about 40 degrees. They also soak through instantly if you use them in the snow.

These gloves are cute and well-fitting but they offer no warmth at all, in spite of the salesperson's claim.

Claims to be touch screen friendly but does not work very well on my phone. Otherwise a good product.

I have average-size hands with long fingers, and usually wear a medium in gloves. The medium in this pair is both too long and too wide -- I think they are sized for men but sold as women's gloves. They are warm enough for temperatures in the 40s but not for the few really cold days we've had so far this year. I'm not optimistic about how warm they'll keep my hands when winter really sets in. The touch-sensitive pads on the fingertips would be brilliant, but they only work sometimes. They're too thick to type with on my phone, and my Fitbit doesn't respond at all. The worst thing about the gloves, from my POV, is the big white L.L.Bean logo emblazoned on the back of each. I hate wearing logos, and have blacked these out with a permanent marker. Tech fabrics are fine in their place, but I'm now shopping for some nice wool-lined leather gloves to replace these.

They are not as warm as expected more late fall gloves then winter. Also I can't use my phone with them as advertised. But they do dry quickly and look nice.

I ordered the Large and they are too tight to be comfortable for me. The inside seams are thick and I can feel them especially in the thumb area. My hand size measures 8.

These primaloft gloves are very comfortable and reasonably warm. You get what you would expect in a thinner glove. BUT, I only wore these five or six times since getting them at the end of the 2019 winter, and they are already wearing out. They material is pilling, the plastic clasp that is supposed to keep them together when not worn has broken rendering it useless, and the LL Bean logo has worn away. I have several winter coats and I keep a pair of gloves with each coat, so these gloves did not see a lot of wear, they are worn only for driving and short outdoor excursions, and I don't play in the snow so the only reason these gloves didn't last that long is cheap materials and shoddy construction. LL Bean has always been my "go-to" in casual and active wear but their quality has really diminished over time. If they spent more time on craftsmanship than they do on deciding where to put the large glaring logos that they have started adding to conspicuous places on most of their products, they would still be the great company they were in the past. Quite disappointed in LL Bean!

These gloves fit me perfectly! I picked them up in store and was delighted at the fit. I got these for light use and walking my dog. Unfortunately, the touch screen feature barely works. I always end up taking off the glove to use my phone. I've literally purchased gloves at the dollar store that have better touch screen functionality. I'm upset because they fit so great but they simply don't work. I'll be returning these and will select another brand.

I rarely write a negative review, and usually send the product back. I loved my old pair of Bean gloves but wore a hole through them. Sadly, these gloves are the closest to them. I measured my hand as shown in the sizing guide and they fit perfectly. That's the best I can say about these. I use my gloves for driving and errans and they do not keep my hands warm. I wore one of the old gloves on one hand and one of these gloves on the other hand and there was a notable difference. I didn't buy them for the touch-screen feature which is a good thing because these gloves do not work at all with my iPhone. I'm deciding whether I should send them back because I'm finding anything better that doesn't use animal products in them. I'm thinking I might have to settle for these but they were bought with my Bean bucks so I will deal with them during this unusually "warm" winter in Western New York and find another brand for next year. I'm very disappointed in these.

I have been wearing these gloves for years. I ordered the same size as all my other pairs, size medium, and the new ones are too large. They also seem to be made of a different material than the old ones and are not as comfortable, although that could also be due to them being too large. I will be sending them back.

I'm so sorry I lost my old version of these gloves. The new ones have a short thumb even though the rest of the glove fits my hand. That means you can't even open your hand all the way. The fleece fabric is not as soft either. It seems like so many of your products (as evidenced in reviews of other products too) are being redesigned with cost savings in mind. Taking a little bit of fabric off the thumb has made these un-usable, and I don't think the next size up would help this problem. They're going back.

I had bought a pair of the Polartec gloves from LL Bean last year and they were wonderfully warm and comfortable without bulk. I was under the mistaken impressions they were of the same quality and weight. What a disappointment! Yes, they fit and are comfortable BUT only for very temperate days. Not for winter temps. In NYC.
