My granddaughter (19 years old) has way too many fleece blankets and such. But when I saw this, I knew she would love it above all. Sure enough! Yesterday I was in a restaurant in New Hampshire wearing a sweater my father gave me in early 60's - navy blue cardigan with a yoke pattern and silver buttons and also a matching pleated skirt, which I no longer have. A woman seated near spoke to me telling how beautiful my sweater was! I told her it came from LL Bean, and she was not surprised. It is as good as new, and I have worn it plenty all those years! beautiful

This is so incredibly warm I'm able to turn the heat down while reading or watching tv. Some reviews complain it is hard to wear but it's really a throw with a hood, not a garment. It's so fluffy I can tuck the hood under my head as a pillow when napping. My daughter gave it to me for Christmas and now I'm ordering one for her birthday. I love this thing.

Bought as a Xmas gift for my wife. Very soft; it's like a wearable blanket with pockets and a hood. She can't lay it anywhere for too long without the cat claiming it, though I should've bought two.
