I’ve had the black pair for a year+ and knew exactly what I was getting into when I bought this white pair. They are heavy but I don’t really mind that. I wear 8.5 in general and docs in 8. I’ve tried this pair in 7 which fit my feet perfectly but feel restricting when I walk in them. The 8 is about half a size too big but oh well (food bed is a bit long and straps are a bit loose). So you definitely need to size down 0.5-1 from your normal size for these sandals.

I wear women 8.5/39 and docs in 8. These in 8 fit me just as expected. I’ve had the black pair for a couple of years now so I knew what I was getting when I bought the white. They are definitely very heavy which I don’t mind. The straps are a bit loose on my narrow-ish feet but that’s just how they are. I’ve tried size 7, while they look better bc they hug my feet really perfectly they aren’t as comfortable when actually being worn.

These are the cutest! They fit like they were custom made and are truly comfortable!!! The bands are perfectly placed. I am so happy with these that I don't care about the weight of the shoe. Yes, they are a bit on the heavy side, but once they are on, you don't really notice the weight. Also, I know that these shoes are built to last. Thus, I get to enjoy them today and for many summers to come. I can't wait to show them off.

They are really nice I get so many compliments I usually wear a size 8 1/2 and a 9 mostly a 9 but I ordered a size 8 and they fit perfect

I wear a size 7 women's and the size 7 fit perfectly! The shoes were comfortable right out of the box and breaking in was not necessary. I got several compliments about them! They are the cutest Dr. Martens that I have ever seen!!!

SO cute but literally the heaviest shoes ive ever tried on. I tripped my first step walking. Also I have narrow feet and the straps were a little too loose. I will have to return, pretty bummed i love the style but TOO heavy for me.

I adore these sandals but they are like wearing concrete bricks they’re SO heavy and awkward. The straps were a bit loose and looked wonky. It hurt to return them but in this case no is just no.

They’re true to size. I really wanted to love them but they made my feet look huge as compared to other docs shoes

I got my usual size in Dr. Martin's and it fits tts. I have wider feet and they feel great. Love the contrast combo of black and wide with black insole. They may be considered heavy weigh wise, but I am perfectly OK with that. Love my new sandals.

Very comfortable sandals. I purchased the white because they were on sandals and I haven’t purchased white shoes since high school. I would definitely repurchase. Order your true size.

This fits all the Dr Marten details in a sandal version. I ordered this but had to return it due to a defective buckle. Zappo’s return policy and process is amazing! Second try was a win! Love it!

These look adorable on my Granddaughter. She loves them and stated they are very comfortable.

According to everything I should have ordered a US 8. It was very big and have to go down a complete size.

Very heavy - but hey - they are Dr. Martens. Runs very large.
