Customer Reviews Dr. Martens 1460 Virginia Leather Boots

I originally ordered the pink patent leather in a size 9, sent them back as they were way to small and the patent was so stiff. I ordered these in a size 10, they fit perfect. The leather is so soft and supple, I doubt they will need any "break in" time at all. Did anyone notice the last lace hole is a small pink heart? These kind of details are so special. Typically I wear a size 9-9.5,fyi.

My daughter is in love with these boots. She didn't like the fit/feel of the other Dr. Martens she had tried on in-store, but these, with their Virginia leather, were soft and pliable, and she loved them immediately, no break-in required. We got the care kit, too, to clean/treat them, and I think they'll last a good long while.

These boots are amazing! The fit was good- I know that Docs tend to run big, but I ordered my regular size, and they fit fine and will allow room for thick socks this winter. The comfort level is wonderful. I have wickedly bad arthritis in my feet, and I can wear these boots all day with no pain, which is miraculous. And the style.....oh my goodness these boots rock! They are really edgy, but the touch of pink adds a girly flair to balance out the edginess. I have worn my boots out in public twice so far, and I swear I have gotten more compliments on these boots in those two days than I have gotten on any other pair of shoes I have ever worn. Love these, and I am so happy they are mine!

The leather was super soft !! Fit was good, well made.

True to Dr Martens fit...love them.

I love Dr. Martens shoes, but, I am a half size, so often he shoes are either a bit too small or a too large. It depends on the shoe if I will be able to comfortably wear a half size smaller.

These boots look great and I so wanted to love them but they were so tight across the top of my foot which made them way too uncomfortable. So sad to have to return them.
