Overall, you should size up an entire size. I am usually a 7.5 - 8 and the women's 7 was still a little roomy. My biggest issue was that Zappos shipped the wrong size 3 times! There must be an issue with the fulfillment center. I ordered a M6/W7 and got a M5/W6 three times. Luckily the last time I wised up and ordered an M6/W7 AND an M7/W8 and by default got the correct size shipped to me and just returned the other free of charge.

I wear a size 8.5 and sized up since Docs don’t have half sizes. Turned out they are too big.

Very disappointed in Zappos. I ordered these boots three times and three times was sent the wrong size. I will be looking to order them elsewhere.

Was sent the wrong size twice and now the shoe is out of stock. Completely disappointed with Zappos.

I wanted to love this shoes but sadly Zappos failed. I just received this shoes yesterday and was excited to try them on. I have narrow feet and yet the shoes were still tight. The left shoe is also darker than the right foot. They definitely have a weird fit. Unfortunately it is a returned for me.
