Shoes arrived quickly and in perfect condition. However, they were about a full size too small, and the faux patent leather was a little dull. Appreciate the easy returns!

I have very narrow feet but the toe box still squished me. Other than that, I really liked them but I can’t get past that so I had to return.

I bought these in black - wear them to work and light walking around. I have had them maybe 4 months and both have broken at the elastic.

Very uncomfortable shoes. When you walk, the heels pop up and the strap digs into your ankles. I love Franco Sarto shoes, but this wasn't great.

Loved the look but so uncomfortable to walk on. The sides of the shoes dug into my feet and the strap didn’t stay on. I wanted to like them but it wasn’t worth it.

I can't help but wonder if this shoe was marked incorrectly. I am a fairly standard 6.5, medium width. This shoe was at least a full size too large. I bet it was closer to a 7.5-8. I love the style and color though. Too bad I have to return.

I bought these shoes and wore them one time to work (office) and at the end of the day the inside of the shoe by the pinky toe has already started wear off and peeling.

Love the look. Love the quality of the shoe. But oh no! These shoes really hurt the entire toe/foot bed that's inside the front of the shoe. Doesn't matter if wearing them a short time or all day, feet still feel shattered.

Fits great but the left shoe has a white spot - see pic. This isn’t a natural leather imperfection. The shoe is damaged. Disappointed that there was no quality control on this order but at least they had 3 more left so I ordered another pair and am returning these. Not like Zappo’s so I’ll book it off to a fluke.
