Very comfortable and supportive. Sharp-looking shoe! fits well. normally wear size 12 and fits true to size.

I'm a fan and have had quite a few iterations of this shoe. Usually they are pretty similar for me, year over year. This one is markedly different though. It's lighter, and much softer. Fit wise it seems maybe a smidge tighter but still works for my foot shape/width (medium). Definitely a bit of an adjustment but so far I like it, especially the springy ride. I often get aftermarket insoles but think I may be able to skip them for this version.

These Asics Nimbus 24's are the third pair of Asics Nimbus shoes I've bought over the last ten years. The last pair was Asics Nimbus 21. Both past pairs have been a fantastically durable shoe. Nevertheless here are some of my observations about fit. Normally I wear a men's 10.5 D in most shoes. But the size 11 in the Asics Nimbus 21 and Nimbus 24 are clearly a better fit. That could possibly be due to the extensive and high quality padding within the interior of the shoe. The last two pairs I bought at a running shoe store in LA didn't offer widths so far as I can recall. Both pairs seemed adequately wide for my D width foot. However when I went to an Academy store in San Antonio, they offered width choices for the most current shoe, the Nimbus 24, in August, 2022. Initially I bought the "Medium" width which I think they may also call the D or maybe the E width on the box in smaller print. They were clearly too snug in width for my foot and I returned them after trying them a second time at home. I've been warned over the years by podiatrists never to buy shoes that are too snug in width. Unfortunately they didn't have alternative widths at Academy. So I used Zappos for the first time. They gave great fast service for buying the proper wider width which Asics call "Wide." In smaller print on the box it says "Wide (2E)." So whether it's because of the padding or not, I feel that my Asics needed to be a half size longer and "Wide" not "Medium." In conclusion I think Asics for me need to be about a half size longer and a size wider than my normal shoe sizing.
