I ordered this online directly through Vans. Disappointed with the comfort and overall finish. Had hoped for something better based on my earlier Vans shoes.

I thought these were going to be almost greener with brown laces and gum soles. They are completely brown (color of laces in photo). Wouldn't have bought had I'd known, and now I'm stuck with them

Fav style over the yrs had dozens of chukkas the Hd/pop cush I love & the design but these ones just hurt like crazy & can't wear em.Disappointed

I loved these shoes very much when I got them. I was very upset to know that these shoes have the worst laces for skateboarding which is pretty upsetting.

I'm waiting for my refund. The shoes were ultra uncomfortable and too narrow. I used to love Vans, but alas, they have changed. I cannot wear them.

I know it said it was dark navy but they pretty much just look black. Not to happy.

I've worn Vans for years and ordered my normal size, but this pair had a strange fit. Feels too tight in the width near the base of the tongue. Everywhere else fits as normal. They look nice, but have been very uncomfortable (much more than a normal break-in period).

Just received 4 more pairs. They each have their own defect. Crooked seams, inconsistent materials, one pair came straight up dirty. Annoying.

The Blackouts used to be all canvas. Now they're part suede. I don't like suede uppers. This was my go to shoe. Not anymore. They don't look as good. The suede doesn't wear well, and I just don't like like it. My fault I didn't read the description, but I've purchased 3 or 4 pairs previously and didn't realize they would change and call them the same thing.

The 1st pair (coffee)and wore in ok. Normal separation on outer sole. The 2nd pair (denim&gray) fell apart and the outer sole separated very quick!

I only had these a few months and I was hoping they would break in, but they never do. My left foot and heal are now in pain. I am soaking it and the pain has subsided since I stopped wearing them. They are too narrow and stiff. My last Vans pair I am afraid.

I always wear Vans. I bought the same shoe 2 years ago. I'd rather wear that pair than this one. Probably the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn. I'll be returning for sure.

I have been wearing chukka Low shoes for years because of their looks and material. Now that the materials of the shoes have changed from canvas to suede. I have been having the worst luck finding shoes. Suede causes my feet to over heat, sweat and itch. Suede is poor material in my opinion and vans has let down a long time customer.

These hurt my feet. The holes where the laces loop through are made out of a material that had me in agonizing pain. I would like to return these as soon as possible.

These aren't any better then they were a few years ago when I bought them last time, they need the tongue straps like the rest of the new skate vans have. And wasn't anymore comfortable then the original

I love Vans, but this pair was a bust. Two days of wear and they tore up! Also very uncomfortable at the toe box.
