I own several Born shoes/boots. These shoes seemed to be of much lower quality than my other shoes. They are stiff, hard , and not comfortable. They are also narrower than my other BORN shoes (though marked as M).

Born—-how could you mess up your most comfortable sneakers? I’m a loyal Born customer and have 6 other styles of sneakers, but this style is far inferior in comfort! I should have believed the reviews—toe box is too narrow and the heel has a painful ridge. I’m so sad! Please go back to the previous decades of comfort Born sneaker designs! I appreciate Zappos for always being the best in customer service and ease of returns.

These shoes are so tight in the shoebox I couldn't even slip my foot in. Seems to run really small.
