This version has enhanced cushion, but more bulk. The increased cushion is amazing for standing and initially for walking, but my body felt misaligned the first few times I wore them. They are light weight , but more bulky than previous models. I have been loyal to Noosa Tri since version 9, when I discovered it was one of the few shoes I could tolerate with intense plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. The 12’s were the least cushiony, but so fitted, stable and cute they seemed to be made for my narrow foot. I skipped the 13’s because they seemed to have too much of a rocker sole, but decided to give the 14’s a try. The cushion in this version is fantastic. In many ways, I look forward to having them on my feet. Unfortunately, they are atypically bulky in the toe. Using the bungee laces ensures a snug ankle/mid foot fit, despite the excessive toe volume. While increased midsole bulk feels great under my feet, it initially resulted in my hips and spine feeling out of whack. I was able to adapt, but have to be very mindful of how I am walking in them. I don’t think they are ideal for running because again they are a bit bulky and result in me running more flat-footed than my preferred style.

Great shoe for short-distance running or tempo-training. I have used them for both shorter distances (track) and the running leg of the Olympic distance Triathlon (10km), and I much prefer them for the shorter sessions. It is one of the lightest shoes I have, but combined with the evenly distributed cushioning through the sole, it quickly became one of my fave shoes for tempo training. I also like the variety of loud colours that it comes under, and the large loop on the tongue, which is GREAT for putting on the shoes a lot faster if used for transitions in multisport (ie Sprint Duathlon or Triathlon)

I am pleased with the comfort level for running. I sized up and they are a little roomy but worked for me on my run. There was enough cushion in the shoe. I agree with another review about the colors, it would be nice to see these in a more subdued color option. Finally found a new running shoe that works. Some of my old favorites just weren't the same which led me to try this one, glad i did.

Pretty good, I can still feel the ground on my upper toe step. It's somewhat uncomfortable walking but not running.

These shoes fit larger than the tri noosa 13. They have a deeper pocket that the heel fits into than the 13. They also have more of a build up on the middle outside of the foot reducing supination than the 13. They still have the great cushion like the 13. I like the large loop on the tongue that assists with putting on the shoes that is different than the 13.

I really miss the hook in the back. The midsole seems really stiff. It takes at least a mile usually two for the show to start responding, hopefully this will get better with time

Not as comfy as my Noosa 13s These hurt my feet. Maybe less cushion. Not sure exactly but I liked my 13s better.

Great shoe and great fit.. I have a wide foot and these are just a tad wider in the toe box than I'm used to, but I still love them!

I have an old pair of Noosa's that still love. I just got these and my foot is sliding around like crazy. I loved how the old ones hugged my foot and how much more stable I felt with each step, with these ones I feel like I'm about to roll an ankle. They look nice but are not comfortable to me.

I was drawn to the color of these - ASICS are the only tennis shoe I've owned for many years - I can put them on brand new and never experience any sores as I "wear them in". Not sure I like these as well as my others - they are very light & I don't feel I have the same support.

So I LOVED the 13s. I ran thru 6 pairs of them. The 14s feel bigger in the toes and pinch the back of the ankle. They are also not nearly as bouncy as the 13s. They’re probably still decent shoes, but I don’t feel like going to the trouble of trying a half size down for shoes I already know I don’t LOVE.

These are really fun and light weight, but there is very little tread on the sole. I feel like I would wear through them very quickly.

I’ve had foot surgery. I loved my old ASICS. These are great but just not enough support and cushion for comfort.

I LOVE ASICS shoes. They’re the only tennis shoes I buy. Normally they’re super comfortable and fit my foot really well. These were not as cushy inside and they rubbed on my ankle bone on both sides. Returning

This shoe does not have enough cushioning (gel) for someone with bad knees. I had to return these in exchange for a gel Asics.

Felt 1/2 size smaller than my Hoka One "Clifton 8" sneakers- I wear a 7.5 in them. I am a 7 usually but have been told to size up by the podiatrist to give myself more room as I work on my feet from 6-12 hours a day. In the Asics I need an 8! They are nowhere near as cloud like as the Hoka One Clifton 8, but more comfortable than any other Hoya's or any other brand-I tried New Balance, Adidas, Nike, Merrill, Converse, On, Mephisto, K-Swiss and Superga.

I decided to try the Noosa Tri after reading great reviews, but unfortunately I have never had running shoes that caused me so much pain. I have an average arch and neutral gait, and before I even ran a mile my feet were aching due to the lack of arch support. I'm walking in them so that they hopefully weren't a complete waste of money, but a huge disappointment.
