For tennis players looking for speed and stability above all else, this is an excellent shoe. For those of us looking for good cushioning in addition, this is not. The new heel design in the FF3 is exceeding firm. Perhaps Asics should have tested this new design a bit more before release - if you split the heel of the shoe in half and run a plastic channel through it, you are going to be losing that space in the midsole for cushioning. These shoes felt like I had rocks under my heels after an hour on the court. The feet still hurt a week later. I think the new Gel Resolution 9 is a much better choice for everyone looking for a blend of performance AND comfort.

Have worn Resolution (bit bulky and rigid), Solution Speed (lightweight but heel is small contributing to rolling) so I tried this Release 3 version and its impressive. Why? I'm a fast, aggressive player and with the sockliner boot and excellent lacing structure I'm able to move confidently. Also, the cushioning is noticeably better than the aforementioned shoes. Overall and in spite of cost, a great shoe to try!

This is a medium width shoe but fit my narrow fit well. It is a tad bit heavy but would not stop me from purchasing it.

Perfect: A little narrow on the pinky toe for wider feet. Regardless it breaks in easy. Super comfortable immediately though.

Availability issues: Unbelievable shoes - wish ASICS would stop playing games with making shoes available. I rarely find my size available in more than 1-2 colors. Would buy more often if they were more available.

Great shoe: Great fit, snug to feet with the sock-like structure. Comfortable from day one without breaking in period. More comfortable than gel resolution 8/9. Half a size longer than other brands.

Great shoe, buy two: Great stability, light but grounded feel on the court. Very nice! Will buy another pair! Highly recommend walking in them for an hour or two to make the break in much faster.

Great for pickleball - solid platform: Best pickleball sneakers. This is my 4th pair. Wont slow you down. Helps me not to get hurt as platform wont roll to the outside.

Great shoe: A little tight at first but once you break it in, it's great. Flexible when needed, stable when needed. Best of both worlds. I've been switching shoes around every time there's a sale, but this may be the shoe I stick to regardless of sale or not.

Best fit of any tennis shoe: I own 3 pairs of Resolution 9's and they are an excellent shoe with great stability and durability. But the Court FF3 is a step beyond. THE best fitting tennis shoe I have ever put on in my 35 years of playing the game. The fit has everything to do with the sock lining, especially around the ankle and heel. "Fits like a glove" is not a cliche with this shoe. The toe box is also slightly more generous than the Res 9 making it more comfortable without being sloppy. I can now understand why Novak wears these shoes.

Great stable fit & feel: I have had these shoes now for a year and they wear very well for playing three to four times a week... very stable and comfortable...

Lesson learned: Sizes vary by model (ie normally I wear 9 in Asics; however the Speed 9s were way too small, 10s in Court FF were too big). I should have just tried on & bought in store rather then playing the online guessing game. Love the Court FF, definitely feel more durable than Speed

Court FF 3: I purchased these shoes for indoor pickleball and they work great. I have great support and they fit without any break in period. They have plenty of grip on the court surface. I appreciate that they come in various colors.
