Loved the shoes which were the correct true size except my heel came out of the shoe because the heel is so WIDE.

I love the way these shoes look. but even after ordering them a full-size smaller than I usually wear--I was unable to walk with them. The heels slip and they go flap flap flap. I tried heel pads--nothing helped! Disappointed because I love them when I am standing still,
