Loose threads, uneven seams and generally unhappy with the quality of the overalls.

These run very large. I am 5'4 180lbs normally wear a 12 to 14 so I got the XL based on the size chart. It was WAY too big and the inseam says 32 but I measured 33. Otherwise quality seemed OK although thin. I wish Dickies would make double front/knee options for women.

Ordered online about a year and a half ago. The dark indigo was the only option available at the time. First, the came with a horrendous amount of perfume on them (I'm very sensitive to perfume). I ran them through the wash at least 3 times. couldn't get the stink out so they went in the closet for a year and a half or so. I was desperate because my other overalls finally gave up, so I pulled them out. They still smell but not unbearably so anymore. They shrunk a lot in the wash, which I didn't mind because they were too long. Also, every time I rub up against the white walls or doors or trim in the house I'm working on it leaves a giant blue smear. Also the pocket in the bin is poorly designed so everything falls out of you bend over. Not impressed at all, but unfortunately there are so few options of women's workwear in this country.

Ordered 2x according to size chart, they were too big. Returned asking for 1 x. Have not received as of yet

Pro: the fit is absolutely my favorite. Now why I'm only giving 2 Stars because the pockets appear to be decorative use only as they are coming apart at the seams. I'm not putting sharp, oversized or hanging objects in/from the pockets. I wear overalls nearly every day as I milk my dairy cows and these are my first ones to fall apart this way -- the ripping at the seam happened less than one month of wearing them. In the pockets, I usually carry a cell phone (not in bib pocket as it will fall right out if you bend over), a rubber milking plug, and paper towels. I have learned that the open bib pocket is not desirable if you are wearing overalls for work use that requires any bending over. I really want to love them as they are my most comfortable but with pockets being either poor sewing or the open pocket design, they are really just a "cute" bib to wear out, not for workwear. On the question on if I would recommend to a friend...I would recommend if not being worn for workwear but most my friends also live on farms/ranches.

What is with the length of the pants??? I mean I'm a pretty short person and the smalls would work but the length of the legs are sooo huge!!! So I guess I will have to take back these overalls for the SECOND time because the medium and smalls do not fit what so ever. Which is weird because I purchased the medium black overalls on this website and the fit wonderfully! I guess I will have to order an extra small and have to deal with less room in the hip area just to have a reasonable leg length.

I purchased these for my daughter knowing they fit a little large, but not expecting them to be so short in the body. She is 5'8" and they were too short even with the straps fully extended. I am 5'6", 130 pounds and they barely fit me.

Torso is too short. The legs were the right length and the waist fit but the bib came up to my nipples and I could barely close the shoulder straps when they were fully extended. Not comfortable as a result.

The length was perfect for me (5' 4"). The material however is a little thin. It's super soft, but not as sturdy as I'd like it to be. Perfect if buying to lounge around or wear out for light work/play. Will be returning once I can pay for shipping. Wish shipping costs were covered.

I ordered an extra small and these are at least a large even though they say extra small. I'm sending them back.

These are comfy, cute and fit me perfectly, so I loved them until the button popped off. Since they are rivetted on, I can't repair it on my own. I got a couple months of enjoying them, but feel like they should have lasted longer.

I bought these for workwear because my boyfriend liked his so much. However, the women's version is not well made and the material is thinner. The buttons keep falling out as well. Disappointed.

I followed the size chart and ordered a medium. I'm 5'4 142 pounds and the medium was too big. I would defiantly size down.

These run big so buy one size smaller. I had to send back as well due to the legs being so long and wide. I'm 5'6 and it just didn't work out for me.

I bought these to wear when gardening, so I didn't have to worry about exposing my back when bending over. When I tried them on, the snap that hold the strap broke. Very disappointing.

I bought the blue overalls and absolutely fell in love with their fit and weight of material. So, I bought the brown ones. The brown run MUCH smaller and the material is almost a canvas/heavy duty. Too hot to wear unless it's really cool out. The straps are also much shorter than the blue making it impossible to get a loose fit over the shoulders.

I just received these and was so looking forward to them. They are well made, but absolutely huge. I am a small woman (5'1 & 115lb) and wear a woman's small. These would fit my husband. Even when I cinched up the shoulder straps as far as possible, the crotch was still 6 inches too long. These are going back.

Soooo big. Got an extra small. They were like a medium. So disappointed.

Compared to the other 2 overalls I ordered here, these ones are the least relaxed. I can barely sit and work in them because they're such thick material and riding up my butt. Not comfy for working.

I had trouble choosing which size to go with after mixed reviews on inseam being too long/too short. I checked the size guide and a medium fit my measurements perfectly. I tried the overalls on as soon as they got here and they are not even close to being the right size- they're not even big in a cute way, super unflattering build.

Fit was odd and straps were too short to the point where i got wedgie

I ordered an extra small, hoping these would fit but there's no shape to them and they're still way too big. I'm pretty disappointed.

They fit like a mens overall. Legs are way to wide at the ankle and knee.

I bought the hickory stripe overalls and although I love the way they fit and look, the hardware is cheap and not working well. The straps are too thin and get all tangled. For the price I paid, I think Dickies need to improve the straps and hardware on this item.

Terrible super stiff sizing is way off. Beautiful color is the only bonus.
