I bought this item month ago, still nice and clean.

They last years, worn every day with washing. They stay tough yet comfortable. And lets not forget that side pocket for my 5-in-1.

Dickies online painter's pants are the only ones I can find that carry a 29 inch waist

Absolutely get one size up. They shrank a size in the wash. Otherwise, I love them!

I'm usually a 34 x 34, but the reviews here indicated that I should order one size larger. That was a mistake. The 36 x 36 Were way too big.

Full disclosure: I bought these for the style--not for their utility, so my review reflects that use. These are awesome. I got many compliments on them. I did not have some of the quality-control problems that were mentioned in other reviews. I ordered a 32x32 and the pants that arrived measured exactly to that size. I bought them a bit big on the assumption they would shrink in the wash and they did. I washed them in hot water and then dried them at maximum heat on purpose.They shrank by a full inch in the length and about 1/2 inch in the waist. The length ended up being perfect for me. The waist was a bit tight at first, but they stretched a bit during the day so they fit like a glove. They are quite tight in the thighs and the seat. The leg opening is straight and wide at the ankle--they look good with big boots. Surprisingly the material is quite thin--so thin that dark fabrics actually show through. As a result I only wear light colored shirts and only gray undergarments. I like them very much, but you need to plan for the shrink and the thinness.

These seem to fit well now, but they have not been laundered yet so I don't know if they will shrink. The hammer loops should be an option. They catch on things too often and I have to cut them off. Otherwise practical and a good value.

these pants were not bright white, but slightly off white. Also, can't seem to find size less than 30" inseam, I am only 29 so I have to hem or roll up. otherwise, love these pants, long time fan!

I bought these as an updated version of a pair I already have and also wanted to get a different size. They fit great and I like that the fabric is 100% cotton. However the design is a little bit different than the previous version I have and the fabric on the new pair feels thinner.

I have used this type of work pants for over 35 years. So much so that people who know me think I own nothing else but these white pants. Not true of course but I won't consider any alternative as my main work attire. These are not as heavy duty as some other types but light enough to maneuver easily in and being off white they don't heat up while in the sun. Perfect for me.

In general these are great quality painter's pants. I will say at least for me the white ones seem to hold up better than the natural beige, not sure why. The material is easy to work with. My only complaint and thus the 4 stars instead of 5 is what I assume is quality control. This past time I got 4 pair of the white and 2 of them are much more relaxed fit than the other 2 are and they are supposed to be the identical same pants. Would be nice if the fit were more reliable.

Pants fits comfortably but length is about two inches to long but I'll have them taken up at the tailored shop

Great pants! Really comfortable. Wish they had another long pocket on the other leg for us lefthanders.

Like them but they definitely shrink if they are dried in drier.

The side ruler pocket seems to have gotten wider, and maybe deeper, with the result that all my long tools--small screwdriver, paint lid opener, pencil, nail set--turn sideways at the bottom of the pocket, and I spend my day digging them out. Please make this pocket narrower, and set it up a little higher so I don't have to bend over to get to my tools!

I'm a tile contractor and I buy several pair a year.

The pants are exactly what we are looking for. However the size was a little smaller than expected. Which is ok, we returned and now are getting the next size up! Was very easy to return as well!

Like your products. The zipper in the various pants, however are a little short. I've had a couple of close calls.

Little bit long but fit just fine. Delivery came when it said it would. Definitely will order again

Always enjoy the Dickies brand painter's pants. I would like for the 'straight leg' to be less wider , I have to have legs altered to get straight. Overall I am pleased with fabric and toughness for durability.

Size up, these shrink in the waist a lot. If you're a 34, at minimum go 36 and maybe consider 38.

Good fit on waistline and inseam but the pants are a little too baggy. I don't mind because they are just for painting, but I wouldn't want to go out wearing them looking like they were some sort of pants version of a diaper.

Good but did shrink a little in the drier. Would order a size up if you want to dry them
