The zip top is a game changer for this classic bag! I love the look of a boat and tote plus it's multipurpose use but now that it's offered with a zip top, it is hard to beat. No worries about tip overs and spills of all of your belongings!

This bag is well made and very functional. I always monogram the front as I usually send it to mothers with very young children and it's always appreciated.

Truly the best bag. My mom had them made for us growing up, and now I am able to get them for our kids and friends. It's perfect for a weekend bag or going over to grandma's!

I had a 2 month wait for this bag (although it arrived a little earlier) and it was worth it! This bag holds so much for it's size, looks timeless, and the dirt can be washed off of it. I'm a huge fan of this brand and can't believe I waited this long to purchase this tote!

Love love this tote. Im a backpack girly, but this boat and tote is my go to. The big is sturdy, the zip top closure is a plus and the embroidery is beautiful.

I had been wanting this bag for a long time and finally broke down and bought it when we took our family to the beach. Why didn't I buy this sooner!!! It was the perfect beach bag! I was debating to buy with zipper or without. I'm so glad I bought with the zipper. It worked great on the plane and then for afternoon beach showers. The zipper part tucks down nicely so you don't even know it's there if you don't always want it. For the plane I put in an organizer to keep thinks straight. For the beach I took the organizer out and threw everything in.

I ordered the white bag with royal blue trim. It's beautiful. I have 3 medium ones and used as an example. I compared the the measurements with the extra large, but am obviously not a good visualizer. It was larger than I anticipated and exchanged it for the large. It's very well made. They are a great bag for the price.

Such great quality! I got the XL with long handles. Would absolutely order again! Lots of room, I would definitely order another in a smaller size as well for everyday use.

My daughter started giving these totes as wedding presents so I decided to gift each of our siblings with one when they arrived in Maine for our son's wedding. They were thrilled!! We have many sizes of this bag, as many as 30 years old and still going strong.

What is not to love about the boat and tote bag. I use it all the time for so many different things.

Spent a long weekend at the beach and was able to pack everything that I needed into one boat and tote. Very well made and durable.

I had a chance to borrow one of these bags recently and loved it. It held a ton, zipped securely closed, and it stood upright even while empty. Perfect for the beach, the boat, or just to throw in a few clothes and toiletries for a quick weekend away. I did not hesitate to buy one for myself once I gave the other back, and I took the opportunity to get some custom monogramming - just to make sure "I" get it back too, if it's ever borrowed!

I LOVE THE EXTRA LARGE! It has all of the space I need to pack for a weekend away.

I purchased the small tote for my granddaughter on her 10th birthday this year. She loved it! It's a great size for her. She'll likely use it to pack special items in when she moves to Maine soon!

This bag has been perfect for trips to the grocery store, as an overnight trip, and for visits to the beach/park. Very well made, useful, and of course great looking.

These totes are very durable and excellent quality. I ordered the extra large zipper with long handles in navy with a lime green monogram (which is a cute contrast) so it could be held on your shoulder. This new tote is replacing the over twenty year old tote that has started to get a tiny hole in the bottom. You can barely tell the old one was navy because it is so faded. In all fairness the bag has spent a lot of time at the beach. This bag monogrammed is also my standard house warming gift. The only thing I think would improve this tote is a couple of pockets where you could put your keys or wallet for easy access. The bag is great because it is so roomy but it is difficult to find small items. I highly recommend it. Also it is made in the USA which is a plus.

This is my 3rd bag and considering a 4th. An attractive, extremely sturdy bag you can stuff full. I am 70 so I have a very small foldable cart that I use to transport...perfect. My 20 year old bag looks a lot like my brand new bag and perfect condition.

Terrific as always; finally had to replace the one I'd gotten as part of the monogramed bridesmaids' presents for my daughter's wedding in 2011. (Since I was paying, I bought myself one.)

This is a great bag. I purchased extra large so I can have a zip up bag for road trips. Wanted one that would fit all my toiletries, makeup, hairdryer and shoes to accompany a small duffel (clothes only) for trips. Love the size and glad I went with long handles since it's a larger bag. Personally, I wouldn't use this for air travel because I worry it may be too large for carry-on under the seat storage, and I'd worry the cream fabric would get stained if checked. But for road trips it's my go to.
