have purchased many of these over the years and I find them to be a "must have" in my every day life. They are all well constructed with high quality materials and can hold anything and everything. I purchased this one as a shower gift for my neice, monogramed with her initials. It's HUGE and I'm quite jealous as I don't have this giant one (but I see it in my future...). The best thing about these bags is that they all stand up on their own....they don't flop over like the competition's canvas bags. These are seriously amazing totes and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, tough as nails, always nice looking tote bag.

I loved this size Large tote for going to the farmers market or even quick trips to the grocery store. It holds a good amount of stuff and is so easy to carry on your shoulder... the longer handles are perfect!

After years of buying boat and totes for other members of my family, I was finally in Freeport, Maine for the first time in 30 years (not since my honeymoon) and bought my own. I used it for the rest of our New England/Maine/Airondacks 2 week trip to lug items out of L.L.Bean, as a temporary cooler bag between rental places, and for laundry during the trip. It worked fabulously and then folded up nicely to fit back in my carry-on suitcase for the trip home. Now it is ready for the next 30 years of my marriage. Oh, and the monogram was done in less than 30 minutes in the store by a super nice gal!

We have used this many times since our purchase. It seems perfect for packing for a day on the boat, quick overnight to visit our daughter, a day trip to see friends. Everything just fits. Love it!!

Absolutely love it. I grew up in New Hampshire, the sea coast, so L.L. Bean was a staple in our family. I have since moved to Idaho and having a piece of New England with me is a nice warm reminder of how awesome of a company you are. Thank you!

These totes are exactly what I needed. I bought the large totes, in several colors, to help me with organization. They are durable and the size is perfect. I'm very happy with these.

The boat and tote bags from LLBean are sturdy and stylish. Wish they offered more color options for the straps but other than that I think they are terrific tote bags , take a lot of wear and tear and last a long time. Hard to find better quality and utility at any price point - and a personalIzed tote makes a great gift .

Great Open Bag for all occasions, loved the teal straps

One of my favorite bags to carry my work belongings or for a quick overnight trip. The handles length is perfect for my arms which are rather large. I am 5/2 and the bags comes to my waist.
