I like to hike and jog on trails and steep hills. These have nice grip, great support and cushion. I have a high arch and these felt very supportive without being tight. Excellent toe box room for my foot which is slightly wide in the front, and narrow at the heel. Not a soft shoe base, but not stiff either. I wear 8.5 in sandals and heels, and usually go up 1/2 a size for running shoes. I went half a size to 9 (regular width) and they fit perfectly. Also tried them out on an indoor workout and they were great there too!

I just opened the box and put these on — they are amazing! Immediately comfortable, beautifully constructed, and I love the colors — just the right amount of zing! Possibly the most comfortable athletic shoes I’ve ever worn.

Fit perfectly, incredibly comfortable, with excellent support. Have never had a better pair gym shoes.

Love these for the wider toe box, never pinches, very comfortable shoes for day to day wear.

These shoes are as comfortable as they are pretty! The tow box is good and wide. I run 4 miles a day and these are proving to be excellent shoes for my needs. They provide adequate cushion and are fashionable as well.

Read all reviews before I purchased and after wearing, the reviews are right about a great pair of shoes!!! Keeping these for sure.

I was looking for a versatile trail sneaker that would be comfortable for all day wear, for walking, hiking, and short distance runs, with tread more aggressive than your average sneaker. I tried 4 different sneakers from 4 different brands and the Brooks Divide was the best. I'm not a huge fan of the color styling and am bummed that there's not a more earth toned option for women, but they are so comfortable that I can overlook the color. I haven't tested them for running yet - they are less structured that the Saucony Peregrine, which was a close runner up. If I only wanted a trail runner, I would have kept the Saucony.

I have skinny heel, regular/medium front foot. Shoe fits. Nothing short of miraculous. No kidding. I wear a half size bigger in most athletic shoes and this held true to that.

These fit my fit perfectly: nice, roomy toe box but narrower near the ankles and heel. Good cushion in the sole, however, there is not much arch support.

I was looking for a running shoe that I could use mostly for roads and flat trails. After researching on the Brooks website this one sounded like the perfect shoe. I wasn't able to run on any paved surfaces. I'm sure they would have been great on trails but I just recently bought new trail shoes so I sent these back.

These shoes felt like they had no cushion in them so I returned.

Although these shoes are very light, there’s really no cushion inside the shoe so you feel every helmet you take on the pavement when running. Compared to the brooks ghost. These are lighter but less cushion .

what happened was the only divide in size 9 did not realize ordered womens not men this was for husband sitting in box never worn . returning as soon as refund issued will buy another for him

Great comfort and support for busy feet (standing and walking fast, quick turns). Roomy in the toe box. Cushion and springy in the balls of my feet, which is where I need the most cushion and support. I’m a nurse in the operating room and I’m on the move all the time, all day.

Where have these been my whole life?! These are amazing. I use them for walking and running on a paved trail and plan on using them soon on a gravel/natural trail. They offer slip resistance on pavement when wet and leaves me feeling confident to keep my running speed. Going to get a second pair.

Nice shoe no arch support hurt my feet right out of the box

The padding at the back of heel was lumpy and bumpy and caused discomfort. The cushioning in the soles seemed lacking. I am a big fan of Brooks athletic shoes (Ghost, Adrenaline, etc.) but these were just not acceptable.
