I have previously worn and loved Launch 5-8, but the Launch 9 is not quite the same quality or fit. The tongue is thinner and stiffer than the previous Launch models, making the top of the shoe feel a bit too tight. I have tried several different lacing configurations to try to keep it from sliding around. The toe box seems roomier, but the higher heel eats my socks. I'm going to keep breaking them in, but the Launch 9 is not the same Launch.

After wearing the Adrenaline, this style felt much less comfortable and "cushy". The base or sole didn't feel very thick compared to Adrenaline.

The tongue is very hard and rubs my skin unless I have socks on that are higher than the tongue.

Not a fan of the arch support in them, prefer a different model of Brooks. But they are definitely bright and colorful which I like.

There is no way secure the tongue, therefore, it slides all over.

Nice and lightweight but seems narrower to the inside of the toe box.

I am using them for walking Walked three times still breaking them in. So far they are giving me good support.

I love the Launch 9. More specifically, my FEET love Brooks! However, I'm disappointed with the shoes I received from this on line purchase. I don't like receiving shoes that have a date stamp on the inside with 12/21 when we're in 8/23! That means these sat on a shelf or in a warehouse nearly 2 years, losing their gel. I have 2-pair of BROOKS running shoes I purchased in January of this year with a more current date! I feel deceived with this purchase and am not happy. The first time feeling this way with Brooks products, sad to say.

Didn't like the support for myself, but may work for others.

Love the look, the color, the fit, but when I took my first step, it felt like the right side of the heal was missing, this really makes it feel off balance.

I bought these Launch 9 to replace a pair of Launch 8 that were worn out but these feel much more cheaply made. The tongue feels like a strip of plastic rather than the padded cloth tongue of the Launch 8. I'll definitely consider other styles before purchasing my next pair.

To narrow in the toes for me

I like the 8 better! The laces and tongue are too thin and flimsy, it feels cheap and not supportive when I run. I've been a longtime buyer of the launch 8 and have loved them, hoped the 9 would be even better but was disappointed.

Not enough arch support, but love the color of colors I got.

Well this is my 3rd pair of Brooks, unfortunately this pair is just not comfortable like the first two pair. Very firm footbed and extremely narrow at the widest part of the foot and then a normal toe bed. I have loosened the laces but it is sewn together at the tight point so it is minimal help. I will wear them on short days or quick trips. They look super cute on.

Fabric is just ok. And I don't care for how the tongue is made. Needs more tread on the sole.

They are slick, when wearing in retail stores with tile.

Sole felt nice and soft, but upper was too firm. I returned them.

I always wear a size 9.5 m. This one felt like a 10-10.5. Do not understand. Went to the local running store and purchased Brooks size 9.5 they fit great.
