Fantastic running shoes. They fit comfortably. The curved shape has improved my running time. Usually, I need to get a half size bigger for running shoes, but not for these. My toes have the perfect space in the front and width. They allow my foot to spread as needed. I absolutely love them. Best Brooks running shoes yet.

Lightweight and comfortable. I wish they had a little more cushioning. Theyve been around for years. Not sure if what I have has changed at all in that time.

Fit and feel are great. I have issues with my feet going numb and I am not finding this to be an issue. Great shoe

The shoes feel wide overall. Front foot sole cushion flattened after 10 miles and my feet were hurting in front underfoot. Also, I think that sole is too wide which waste to much energy to the ground contact.

The Hyperion Max has made a complete difference in my running. I can go much further with them than without, and my runs seem more efficient with them (they transform the energy from my push off the ground into more forward momentum than any other shoe Ive worn). I love them!!

It only comes in the narrow width, so I had to buy a larger size and it doesnt fit as well as other models I wear that come in wide.

The fit is great. The toe box is roomy. I have narrow feet, but like my toes to be able to splay out. My cadence is always higher even when I wear them on slow runs. I do wish the tongue was gusseted and the laces were a bit more stretchy to accommodate my very high arched foot.

These shoes were very comfortable and light in the store. They fit well and seemed very fast. Unfortunately on my first run (routine intervals) they gave me a lot of knee pain. Sadly, will be returning these.

Been running in Hyperion Tempos for a couple years now. Love them. In general, the Max is a great addition to the Hyperion line. They definitely help my legs feel less fatigue than my Tempos on harder runs. And they do more to encourage staying forward on your foot and a nice smooth rolling motion. I agree with other comments: Uphill does feel a smidge easier for some reason.
My one gripe has to do with the sole of the shoe. The rubber on the bottom of the shoe is much sparser than on the Tempos (I presume to save weight?). As a result, a lot of the foam sole is exposed to ground contact. I do a weekly speed workout on the track, and after just one session, the bottoms of the shoes were so torn up that it looks like I ran on broken glass. Running shoes should be able to withstand my relatively short track workout, but lesson learned, I suppose: Won't wear them on track days anymore.

Really pleased with these. Super light, fit super comfortably. A great run every time from the first time I wore them. The heel drop feels a little weird when you're just standing/walking around, but isn't noticeable at all when running. And the color options are great too!

These shoes are light and rolls easily for walk or jog. Unfortunately, they are not wide around toe area for my feet. I wore them for one day exercise and my toe hurt at the end of my 45 minutes walk. The pain continued for next 48 hours and I decided to return them. It may be comfortable for people with narrow feet.

These are one of the best running shoes that I've tried. However, they are not good for the gym, lifting, etc.

I have run in the Brooks Glycerin for years and years so I prefer high cushioning. I decided to give the Hyperion Max a try and am definitely a fan with how much faster they make me feel, but because I do prefer a lot of cushioning I do find myself wishing they had a little softer feel to then. There is a noticeable difference in these shoes increasing my turnover; my cadence increases by 5-10 steps per minute without trying and most of the times I accidentally find myself running about 30 secs/mile faster when Im generally in the 8:00-9:30 pace.

I ordered these online and was pretty sure I had been sent an empty box. It turns out these shoes are THAT light. They are amazing, and very cozy right out of the box. I did some fast intervals that felt easier than ever in these shoes.

These are my favorite running sneakers I've ever owned. I'm new to running and have tried so many different shoes, all leaving me with weird aches and pains that I knew shouldn't be a thing. Goodbye shin splints and sore feet. My toes can breathe and I feel so powerful, supported, and light in these shoes. I'm in love with these!

I have been running in Saucony endorphin speeds and had put 500 miles on them (guilty of wearing them daily instead for just fast runs). I was looking for a new shoe that would give me the same energy return without being meant strictly for tempo or race pace runs. These fit the bill perfectly. They are extremely light- when you put them on you can barely tell they are there. I find them to be firm but not uncomfortable. That firmness gives the perfect spring to your steps and really helps propel you forward. My first runs in them have felt like I had wings on my feet-i thus felt like I was exerting minimal effort even though I was running tempo paces. I can't speak to longevity yet but they seem like they will be very durable and will allow me to put 350-400 miles on them without loss of performance.
If you want a featherweight, firm and propulsive yet comfortable running shoe that will make your runs effortless, look no further than the Hyperion max!
