This is the 2nd pair of SAS sandals I have bought from Zappos. The first pair were the Sorento's, very similar to this Napoli style. I have had plantar fasciitis for 6 months and finally I have found a style that is comfortable on my NARROW feet. These sandals look nice are made in the USA. The foot bed is comfortable with a "medium" arch. I love the adjustable straps because I really could use a slim size, but these work! I wore a size 9N in this sandal. Some other shoes ( VanEli) I wear an 8.5 N. Perhaps SAS will be my new go to brand. Always happy when Zappos carries Narrow and Slim sandals. I live in Florida and use sandals year round:) Now, I need a white pair!

Sandals fit out of the box, felt good at an event I went to and had to walk and stand throughout the evening. I had an issue getting the straps adjusted, but once done, they are good.

Incredibly comfortable -- like standing on a very firm memory foam mattress. The straps across the top are softly lined and nicely stitched. The only thing that I don't like is that the Velcro on the straps can be seen and isn't hidden at all. For such a nicely done sandal, this feels like an aesthetic design flaw. Still, I love them. Overall, 4 Stars our of 5, would wear again!

Attractive but the sandals push my feet forward so much that my toes almost hang over the front. Middle tab through which the adjustable straps pass extends over my foot to where my toes flex. Tab digs in so much that a walk around the house was torture.

They fit and looks good on my feet, but there is just no support, so sadly I must return them.

Size 11's usually fit me fine - these shoes were short - they were comfortable, but my heel was hanging off the end of the shoe. The shoe isn't available in an 11 1/2 or 12

Ordered this sandal in 7.5 wide for a comfortable shoe in to hot weather with shorts or capris. the fit was fine - as expected - but I sent them back. I was disappointed with the color which was a dull putty and the look was old-lady-blah.

I liked these sandals and had great hope for them. However the fit could not be adjusted to my foot, both width-wise and length-wise. The arch hit in the wrong spot and adjusting the straps did not help.

I have narrow feet - depending on brand, can wear either a narrow or slim. This is my second pair of SAS that I've tried and finding that their width runs on the wider side. Thought these sandals would work with the adjustable straps - it does, (!) but the footbed is really large and wide at the toes. Also not as comfortable as I thought it would be.

I expected this sandal to be very comfortable. I have another pair of SAS sandals which are very comfortable. Sorry to be returning them.

Unfortunately these shoes had no arch support and looked as though I was wearing snowshoes. Poor fit and awful design..

Insufficient arch support for me, and I'm learning that I do NOT like velcro closures. They make noise when I walk. Maybe they settle in place after a little while. But I couldn't get that far because of the lack of arch support I now need. Also, the center leather that goes down the vamp of your foot didn't stay properly aligned as I walked around the house. Returned.

Not worth the money! Poor fit!

DO NOT buy this sandal the velcro at the bottom strap keeps coming undone I have tripped a couple of times and fallen once!!
