In my seventh decade I know how important it is to wear comfortable shoes! I also don’t necessarily want to wear “old lady” shoes! So, a high school student I’ve been mentoring (through a wonderful county-wide mentoring program)was graduating, ready to go off to college! All the mentors were asked to walk with our students as they received recognition for their accomplishments. Indoors, wearing masks, social distancing, we walked all around this tremendous venue, including going up on stage and down, over a two period of 2 hours! My feet felt so good, when I got home, I went on line to Zappos and ordered another pair in a different color. I looked like a real cool “grandma-type” in a pretty dress and these beautiful, comfortable heels! And, the shoes come in “narrow”! A win-win all around!

Love these! So comfy with a modest heel, about the highest I can go with my picky feet. Absorbs the pressure in my bunion area & I know I can wear them for an event with no pain. A bit pricey but worth it to walk pain free!

I ordered 4 different dressy black comfort sandals and the SAS Allegro won hands-down. Never thought I would stoop to the old lady shoe brand but these are so comfy and prettier than what SAS usually offers. The most arch support I have ever seen in a sandal, extremely comfortable footbed.

I have a very wide foot and these shoes do not bind. I bought them to wear for my son's wedding and will know more after the wedding...so far they are very comfortable.

Comfy! First heel I've tried for a couple years after a bout of PF. I think I could wear and walk for a while. Love SAS!

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to with this shoe. When I tried them in at home, they were so comfortable I forgot to take them off. I never wear heels and am so thrilled to have found this COMFORTABLE shoe! I can now dress up without limping around! Totally recommend even for wide feet or heavy people.

First pair of SAS shoes and am impressed! At first thought very pricy, however, this sandal is perfect! Dressy in appearance yet very comfortable with soft and flexible foot bed, very soft straps, and nice heel yet stable. Especially for more mature woman, this is a great sandal!

Finally a SAS sandal that has style. Doesn't make me feel like an old lady with extra wide feet.....well being almost 70 years old might qualify. But will not give into wearing old lady shoes. These have great support as you would expect from SAS. Sandals with just enough sparkle to wear to a wedding with a dress. Wore all evening and even danced in them. Ordered another pair.

I ordered an 8.5 Wide and have Plantar Fasciitis. These are the most comfortable sandals I've put on since developing Plantar Fasciitis. Just enough heel, springy and cushy foot bed, adjustable heel strap for fit. I love them and wore them for 5 hours of straight standing at a party the first day I got them. Wonderful. Will buy this brand again for sure.

I adore these shoes! I was so excited to find a pair of black sandals that came in a small size and wide width, are comfortable and stylish, fit well, and have a moderate heel. The perfect shoes for me.

Super cute shoes and extremely comfortable. I had to get the double wide size (WW)—this is one of the very few sandals that actually fit my over-wide feet! They’re expensive but well worth it, especially when they look this great and fit like a comfy glove.

I have worn SAS shoes for years, so I knew what size and width to choose. I have a very slender, long foot with a high arch. These shoes fit perfectly and provided that great arch support that I need. Plus, the heel is the perfect height for work in our business casual dress atmosphere.

Very nice dressy sandal. Heel is not too high, but high enough to feel dressy with skirts. Be sure to order wide or extra wide if you have a high instep. I ordered WW and needed every millimeter of it to fit comfortably. Any narrower and the straps would cut into the top of my foot.

I have long narrow flat feet. I broke an ankle a while back and have a small bunion on one foot...in other words my feet are a mess. I needed dress shoes for a black tie affair and nothing in my closet were even remotely comfortable. I ordered several pairs of flats in various sizes and styles and nothing worked. I hesitated ordering anything with a heel. I had noticed these sandals but disregarded them because of the heel...I finally ordered them and could not be happier. They feel great, provide terrific support, and look quite dressy. I will be able to stand all night.. Thank you so much Zappos for your amazing customer service. I highly recommend these shoes.

Love this one! Ordered it also in the regular wide, but it was too snug. This will be great as long as it doesn't stretch out. I really like the elastic band feature which helps my arthritic feet. I wish it was a wedge which is better for my feet. The sole has some bend which is not good for me. The foot bed is almost as good as my orthodontics.

This was the perfect fitting shoe for my 8N foot. Unfortunately it was too frumpish. Not an old lady yet, just wish shoe makers for narrow feet understood that we also want some style.

Beautiful style with a small heel - exactly what wife was looking for but straps are a bit too wide. Also, the toe box sole is cut like a narrow shoe but as it is an open toe sandal, needs to spread out a little wider on the outer front edges.
