The ankle strap on this shoe is set too low and the width is way too wide. I would need to shorten the ankle strap by two inches. The velcro as others have pointed out does not allow adjustment of the strap; it's just easier to put on because there is no buckle. I was disappointed because the heel if perfect and otherwise it's a nice shoe.

Really cute and comfortable but the ankle strap is huge and unable to be adjusted due to the velcro. It was literally twice the size of my ankle! I’m disappointed bc the footbed is really nice and comfortable and the shoe itself would have been great for a special occasion.

Ordered the 9 wide because the top looked narrow. The top of the shoe did fit very well, but these are WAY too big in the heel. They felt and looked literally a full size larger in the back. The ankle strap was also kind of huge. Not happy.

These are farily comfortable for a dress shoe. While I would not walk in them all day, they will do for a night out giving me a bit of style without killing my feet.

Great looking sandal, the heel area was deep and did not fit, and the leather a bit too firm there for comfort.

Clark has really got the shoes for me and I should always shop them first!!! Their 7.5W fits so much better than 8M I have often resorted to…

Cute shoes... difficult to figure out the right size...I'm an 8 W sometimes 8 1/2 M (Born shoes)... Got an 8M in these from DSW...too tight in the toes....then saw other reviews and took a chance on 7.5 W...fits quite well! The Clark's seem to run long in general and very big in the Wide sizes...but I finally got a pair of dress shoes that fits!

The size and fit were perfect. First time I wore them, I had them on all day with NO foot pain at all. Very comfy. Would purchase again.

These are cute and comfortable with just the right heel height to not hurt after wearing all day. The toe strap is thicker than some other styles I tried on, which I liked, because my foot felt more secure and it still looked elegant, not frumpy. It does have an adjustable ankle strap that fastens securely by velcro. My regular size is 8M, but I opted for a 7.5W because other reviews said it ran large, and I wanted additional width for my toes because of a bunion.

These are just as pictured! Great subtle metallic, fancy but not gawdy. Very comfortable. I’m usually an 8.5 but these fit great.

I love the style of these but the ankle strap is WAY too big. They’re so loose that they make the shoe unstable for me. Sadly returning these. I ordered a 9W for reference.

Nice shoe, pretty color, very comfortable foot bed, however the ankle strap is too big and can’t be adjusted to the correct fit.

so unfortunately, my bunion did not allow me to keep these shoes. the front strap hit right below it and dug into the side of my foot. if you have good feet, these should be fine.

Too long

Good: Very cute for a fairly supportive shoe! The ankle strap feels comfortable and secure, and hits at the narrowest point of my ankle. The gold is a really color that can pair with platinum, yellower gold, or rose gold. The heel is just low enough that it doesn't shift too much pressure toward the ball of the foot, and it feels really stable. Eh: They're on the louder click-clacky side end of the shoe spectrum (hard sole surface + blocky and rigid structure), but not so loud that it would be a deal-breaker for me. Bad: Unfortunately, the toe strap is far too tight for me. I have slightly wide feet but rarely need to buy specifically wide shoes, and I'm returning these because there's no way they'll ever stretch enough to be comfortable. I'd try the wide width but they're out of stock. I'd echo another review and say stay away from the medium width unless you specifically have narrow feet.

Cute but REALLY tight in the foot strap. And I have fairly narrow feet. I bought these for a wedding in May - thank goodness I tried them on before the wedding. Sadly will be returning them. If you have really, really narrow feet - they'll probably fit comfortably.

This sandal would have been perfect had it not been for the velcro ankle strap. There was no way to make it tight enough. Otherwise, a very comfortable show with cushioned footbed and straps.

Cute shoe but the ankle strap is very wide and you cannot adjust it properly with the ankle velcro strap. The strap does not have enough slack to properly wrap around the ankle so you have a snug fit. If you have skinny ankles this shoe is not for you.
