Had another brand and the soft soles were literally ground to nothingness from the sand and rough terrain of the Arizona desert. These look like they will hold up for a long time.

Recessed well for cleat makes this easy to walk in.

Decent bike shoes. I'm the owner of a very old and battered pair of Specialized Tahoes. I would have done a like-for-like replacement, but they are no longer in production. The five tens seemed good, so I took the plunge. The recommendation is to size up, which I did (half a size). As they are narrow (and my foot wide) it has meant the widest part of my foot doesn't quite sit at the widest part of the shoe. I've had similar issues with other Adidas shoes and am hoping these stretch a little. It isn't unbearable, but I'd prefer an experience on the bike where I don't even notice my feet at all. The shoes themselves seem well made. Walking with the cleats attached is great and on the bike they feel stiff enough. I've not been able to test them in a wide range of temperatures yet, but at close to 10 degrees (Celcius) my feet felt fine.

I bought these shoes for my teenage son, and they are very tight and uncomfortable!

Like other reviewers, the clip threads stripped out (even after starting them so carefully), so without gluing or trying to re thread the female part of the threads the shoe is worthless for clips.

I bought two pairs, 12.5 for summer socks and 13 for thicker winter socks. In both pairs, I needed the provided spacer for the right fit, but the cleat would not tighten enough to keep the cleat from turning in the pedal. I continued to tighten the cleats to get a good fit, but the threads in the both shoes stripped before sufficient tightness was achieved. I'm disappointed, because they are great looking shoes that fit well and were comfortable to walk in.

The cleat screw for this shoe failed on the first ride, nearly causing my son to crash. Seriously among the worst quality I've ever seen. Apparently the show cannot be returned or exchanged, which effectively will end my relationship with Adidas
