I'm hoping they get better. But for now, they're very uncomfortable.

they were to big in the toe bed and very wide. they Also felt like swimming flippers and heavy on the front of the foot. I will try a half size smaller.

Not really feeling these shoes.. the heal does not feel comfortable. I have cheaper brooks that feel more comfortable when walking than these..

Very disappointed in my experience with the Glycerin GTS 20. I've now completed two longer runs (18mi & 16mi) in my pair and each time I've been left feeling like a completely new runner all over again with the extremely sore muscles and joints in my legs. I've tried my Adrenaline GTS 22's in between my runs with the Glycerins and my legs have felt just fine and I would expect the exact opposite so I think I'm done with the Glycerins and I'll just be sticking to my Adrenaline for training and races, they haven't let me down before. Also my Glycerins run big in comparison to my Adrenaline's, I have a 9.5 in both but the Glycerins are half size too big so a 9 would be the appropriate choice.

Comfortable sole on the feet but no support from the mesh upper area. Flat shoe lace's constantly come untied.

Nice shoe. My husband has worn these to work since he got them approx. a month ago...he walks at work all day. At 1st they were great, but now he says his feet are starting to hurt again because the shoe is losing support.

Very loose fit compared to the other shoes I bought here.
Blisters started to form after the first couple of weeks.
I will not buy these again.

Have worn other Brooks in the past but the white on this shoe looked like plastic.

The top got holes within 3 months!
It is a nice shoe. The sole is soft and provides good support. The top however is made by material that has no resistance. Both shoes have multiple holes along the seams. I had to sow them because I did not want to buy new already!

The Go To Support (GTS) made the sides of my feet hurt just walking around the house so I returned them.

Caution: if you are prone to drag your feet at all when you walk, do not buy these shoes. The rubber sole is so grippy on the bottom that they will immediately stick to any hard, clean indoor surface (like tile or hardwood, linoleum, etc.). The very thick sole under the toe box will easily catch and stop your foot from completing forward movement and you will stumble or trip. It has happened to me several times to the point where I no longer wear the shoes indoors. With bad knees and back it is a real problem. Won't buy them again. Too bad because they are very comfortable.

The stronger arch was not comfortable for me. It caused foot pain for my foot which was unusual. I have worn the brooks shoes for years and this one just did not work for me. I will stay with my original brooks shoes.

Shoe runs very wide and big. I have to tie very tight to snug as best as I can. Which makes the laces extra long.

Hard to adjust to after wearing only ghost. They run wide, and are very roomy, they do not fit your foot securely. They claim to be super comfortable. Or the most comfortable shoe that Brooks has to offer they really need to work on that. They are not that cushioning. The new way they print the shoe, allows the company to cheapen the shoe. They have reduced the tread on the bottom it makes it very slippery when the concrete is wet because it has no tread. It's like walking on a bald tires. I have had this pair for under 2 months and the shoe laces are already tearing up, stripping and shredding. The shoes cushion is breaking down rapidly. Becoming less comfortable with every ware.

When this shoe first came out it was awesome. But now buying it again in 2023, it's like running barefoot on concrete. Zero cushion, especially in the heel. Must of been sittin in the warehouse for the last 3 years and that's why they are on sale! Really disappointed. Def wasted money w this pair. Smart tho...keep me from buying older series again.
If you're looking at this shoe. Stay away from the 20!

I love the look of the Glycerin GTS 20s.
However when it comes to the most important feature of a good running shoe (the fit) the toe box on this pair is approximately 3/4 of an inch too long. It looks like I'll been sending these shoes back.

Very disappointed that these shoes are not made in my size. Tried the 2E width, but it was too snug. No 4E available, so returned them.

I bought men's size 7 which corresponds to my size in women, BUT is a wider thus it works better.
This shoes suppose to be for overpronation but are not. My arch inside of my foot does not have support.
I am VIP and I am supposed to get my order next day or at the worst wining 48hrs. This order was placed on 7/15; processed on 7/19 and delivered on 7/20 with Zappos patting themeless on a back for "early delivery". I had to call to see what happened to my order. Got excuses. VIP is not honored anymore. You need Amazon Primetime. Too bad.
I return a lot because it is hard to find good product for quite some time now. Less sizes available.

I know people love these shoes and maybe a different style would have been better for my feet. These particular ones did not fit my feet at all. The sole of the shoe was not cushiony as described, and something about the molding of the arch was completely wrong, and felt as if it were in the wrong place. I also purchased the extra wide, and they barely felt like a traditional wide. On a good note, I thought they were very pretty and loved the colors.

I ended up returning the glycerin and going back to the ghost. They fit me better and just feel more comfortable.

Shoes are mostly great. But if you are on any surface with water the shoes have no traction and it is very easy to slip.

Seemed to have less support than my previous 6 pairs for some reason. Not too happy this time!

Had high hopes, ultimately turned these into my new work shoes instead of my daily running shoes
