I'm a new-ish nurse with just under a year of experience and these are the only shoes I wear. I was a patient care tech when I discovered them and wore them for the first time and now that I'm a nurse I only wear these. I work 12.5 hour shifts and I am on my feet constantly but with these shoes my feet do not hurt. I added some thin insoles to them to increase longevity bc as nurses we walk through our shoes so quick. I recently replaced an old pair of these same shoes with a new pair of the same shoe after 2 years! That's how long these shoes have lasted! The price is worth it, get some insoles and you will be comfortable for the entire day. Pair it with some compression socks and no pain whatsoever. The guiderail is a must for over pronators like me!

I LOVE MY SHOES! BUT I must say, evidently this version of the Glycerin GTS runs big. I always get the Glycerin GTS size 8.5. This time I decided to try the stealth version , size 8.5, and they were too big so I sent them back and got the regular Glycerin GTS size 8.5 and they were too big, as well. So I sent those back and got a size 8, and they are perfect! LOL

Great show! Lots of great support. As a nurse I am on my feet for long periods of time and these shoes provide instant comfort, support and keep my plantar fasciitis from flaring up. This is 5th pair of Brooks. I highly recommend!

I love these shoes. My feet feel great when I put them on. They are cushy and supportive. There is nice space in the toe area. I have a pair with regular width and another with wide width. Slightly more room in wide, but both feel great. I do lots of walking and standing at work and these are perfect. My feet are not achy after a 12 hour shift.

Love these shoes! I struggled to find shoes that accommodate my orthotics and fit snuggly enough to support my narrow heel, yet also have a roomy toe box. These shoes, with their extra built in support, are perfect. I really appreciate the cushy feel without the excessive give of max cushion shoes. I have found my Goldilocks shoes with the Glycerin GTS. My only disappointment is the limited color options of the wide sizes.

Always love Brooks sneakers and these were no exception. Always need a half size bigger than my other shoes but the sizing is consistent. Very comfy and supportive. Highly recommend! ( but they are a little boxy looking)

I was an avid ASICS Gel Kayano user for years and wanted to try something different. I felt asics quality was lacking and started to run small in the newer models. These right out of the box were a perfect fit and instant comfort. I have a more narrow foot Sz 12 for reference. I've worn them about 10 times with use on treadmill without having to break them in. My new favorites and I love the design.

Love these shoes! I am a nurse, and walking on these all day is like walking on a cloud. They are super comfortable and light! My legs feel better, my back feels better, everything feels better. I highly recommend this shoe.

I love my Glycerin shoes. I wish they were a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for and that's quality.

Best shoes I have ever owned. From standing still in one place to walking miles my feet never hurt. These are amazing. I I'll definitely be purchasing more.

The glycerin sole on this shoe gives a super cush when you push! Seriously, great support and no road noise on the soles of your feet -- I walk mainly on dirt roads. the only downside is that they're not water resistant (which I didn't expect anyway). I'm going to have to search hard for some water resistant shoes that come close to being this comfortable.

I’m a Brooks girl and the Glycerin GTS is my fav shoe. Initially I wasn’t sure about the 20 bc it felt a bit stiff and tight at the top of the toes. It also lacked the cushion feel of the 19. I got my normal Brooks size 8. I took them for a quick jog two days in a row and they began to feel better. The stability is there and the toe box didn’t feel as tight. Usually my Brooks don’t need to be broken in but these needed a few miles to feel good. They don’t feel like they are made as well as the 19 (you can see glue on the shoe and the outer material feels cheap) but time shall tell. Overall a great stability shoe.

The toe box is just right. So many shoes have a narrow toe box or a shallow toe box, but this style is just right.

These are a perfect in between mixing the ghost comfort with the adrenaline support and a little bit wider toe box. The only thing I don't like- one of my shoes squeaks. Ughhhh

Worn brooks for decades and this version has been a challenge. The toe box is very wide. That will benefit someone new to the brand but not this long time patron. The length is inconsistent year to year. Very difficult to hit a moving target.

Fit & Size were great. I have the Glycerin GTS 19 and they have served me well. But I just didn't like the bumpy styling around the sole. They are already wide which I find gives me great stability, but the current style accentuates that even more in looks and appears geeky. Not for me. Returning.
I'd also recommend:
I love Brooks! Especially those with GTS feature. Just not this current stlye.

I've worn Glycerin for many years - always buying the newest version. This time, the lace eyelets are different, and the top lace crosses too high on my ankle. Sadly, these are being returned.

I was disappointed. They are comfortable, but do not give me the arch support that I need. And for the money, it is way too much for this product.

They gave me a large blood blister on the bottom of my left foot. First time that happened, thought these had more support. Hopefully, they'll break in soon.

I recently switched to the Glycerin GTS 20 for the wider toe box. The comfort and fit of the shoe was expected. However, the upper material of the shoe is poor quality. The shoe stained just from walking in wet grass. I'm not sure why the uppers on these shoes are so different (poorer quality) from the quality of the Adrenaline's GTS. I've had these shoe for about a month and they look 10 years old.

I use these mainly for work and I stand on my feet all shift and now have a weak left knee and the glycerin 19 was great but my feet started hurting after the 4th months of wearing them so I decided to try the 20 and it was definitely a disappointment. It feels cushiony but don't give much support like the 19 and by the 3rd or 4th hr of my shift my feet start hurting. They're just not for me ;(

I either love Brooks or I'm meh about them. I'm meh about these. The soles feel like styrofoam and are spongier than my other Brooks styles. I spent extra for what I was hoping would be a great shoe. It's fine, but not great.
