These are the best shoes that I've run across for walking. I've tried two other pairs of so called top walking shoes and ended up with severe knee and foot pain. I've had these for several weeks and have had no pain whatsoever. Great shoes!

The most comfortable shoes I've ever owned hands down. Previously I'd had two pair of Launch 7 and 8. Read the reviews and decided to bite the bullet and order. The price was definitely a slight deterrent. I'm so happy I gave in. Feels like walking on a cloud all day. The shoe doesn't feel as heavy as I thought. Even after a long day or much exercise, whatever else gets sore or hurts, my feet never do. I was given a brand new pair of Adidas Supernova 2 as a birthday present. Nowhere near the same. The first day I wore them, before the day was over I sat down and ordered my second pair of Glycerin 20's. This time I am trying the GTS. That purchase marks my fourth Brooks purchase and second Glycerin purchase. Nothing else truly feels right on your foot once you wear this shoe. Guess I'm a Brooks convert for life.

Bought these for casual use, and maybe some light treadmill/elliptical work at the gym, and they've been great -- the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. There was a bit of a break-in period at first, leading me to go back to the store and try on more pairs to make sure I had the right fit, but after a few days, everything seems to have settled into place... it feels like I'm walking on pillows... exactly what I was looking for.

Have always enjoyed the cushioning and comfort of Glycerin shoes over the years. Started with Glycerin 8 and have hooked ever since.

The best shoe I've tried. I didn't buy the Glycerin 20 as a running shoe. I bought it for walking. My plantar fasciitis is all but gone. No other shoe I've owned as made my feet feel this good. I like the shoe so much that I now have it in three colors. It's the only shoe I wear.

They feel like running on a cloud. I'm ecstatic and can't wait to wear them in my marathon in October! Great comfort all around, so gentle on my ankles and heels. The transitions aren't what I'm used to (I usually wear the Ghosts) but the comfort more than makes up for that. Very sleek design. Probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Have yet to wear them on a long run, longest I've gone with them is 8 miles, but I'm eager to give them a run on 10+ miles.

Excellent feel. Only thing I would approve on is better shock resistance in the heel area. Only time I get any pain is after running.

This is my first pair of Brooks. So far I have about 100 miles on them. All paved running. Shoes are very comfortable, cushioned, no signs of wear yet. Traction seems good on wet and dry asphalt.

Best shoe I've ever owned. Please don't stop making it. I have searched for a running show with a wide front end. Finally found the perfect fit with this one. The most comfortable shoe ever. Foot slides in and forget I'm even shoes. And it has inner arms support.

I used to order the Adrenaline but now I'm hooked on the Glycerin! I feel more cushion and support on long runs!

I am an 83 year old aerobic walker who puts in 2 miles every weekday morning and have been wearing the Glycerin line of shoes for several years, starting with the 16, and the 20s are the most comfortable yet! They have always offered the best combination of comfort & support of any shoe on the market. I highly recommend them!
