After sending back twice, down sizing from 9.5 (because Zappos recommended), the 8.5 fit perfect. The material so buttery soft! The boot fit like a dream, is the only way I can describe it since I have a difficult time finding shoes/boots to fit (due to a bunion). Great buy!!!

From the moment I put these booties on, they felt so comfortable! I normally wear a size 8 Narrow but sometimes, a 7 1/2 narrow, so based on other reviews, they do run big, so I decided to go down a half size and got the 7 1/2 and they fit perfect with lighter weight socks. These are nice looking booties too and for me to find stylish shoes in a narrow width is sometimes hard to find.

I love these boots! I walked 4 miles in them the first time I put them on and had no problem. I have narrow feet and have found that it is best for me to buy lace-up boots, so these worked out so well. I got compliments immediately on them from my stepdaughters with whom I took this 4-mile walk.

I am sad to realize that these just won't work. They are a tad too long (so a 1/2 size smaller would be better) and the width just isn't there in the toe box. I ordered a 7WW and could have used a 6.5 for length and a 3W apparently... and that was with thin socks. These are one of the only wide boots in this style and color (the white) which are very popular right now. Returning.

I have the last Becky trotters in black and love them - and my mom bought a pair and loves them too, so I wanted a more stylish color so bought these. Totally regretted it!! They didn’t fit the same (little loose) at all and left blisters all around my ankles and feet! My moms feet are slightly bigger so she took them and she got blisters as well. Huge waste of $ and a disappointment

I have a wide foot with a high instep - have never been able to wear boots or ankle boots UNTIL NOW!! Whoever invented the zipper right next (and nicely hidden) to the laces is a genius!! LOVE these ankle boots. Well made. Perfect.

These are perfect. I wanted a nicer black boot for casual wear with a decent sole for snowy/icy parking lots. These are just right AND shockingly comfortable, too.

Feels pretty good! That says a lot for my huge 12.5 sized feet. These 12s work well. I also have plantar fasciitis too.

Fit true to size, super warm and supportive arch!

These are my go-to shoes all winter. Stylish, comfortable walking, even on cobblestones in Europe.

I have wide feet and super high arches. I love these boots! I was easily able to get my feet into them. They are not stiff but very soft and flexible. The comfort once on was impressive. Arch support surprised me. Excellent. No problems with any material rubbing and irritating. Fantastic. No pinching or binding in the toe box or at the top lace at the ankle. I chose the vanilla color and they are so very pretty. I highly recommend these boots.

These are super cute and very comfortable. I have a hard time finding narrow sizes, and Trotters is a favorite brand. These have a zip-up feature so they are easy to get on and off without using the laces. Love them! I wear an 8 narrow and the fit it great.

Shoe is soft and comfortable. I just needed a different size. Toe box on the narrow is narrow! If I re-ordered , I could not decide whether to get a medium or a narrow in a larger size. Service was excellent.

I'm a 7 1/2 WW and these boots are so amazing I bought a second pair. I have such a hard time finding anything that super comfortable. I also love the look of them and the fact that they zip on the side. Could not recommend more highly

Soooo comfortable. It’s hard to find shoes/boots that fit my wide foot (bunion) with a narrow heel. The heel is just the right height and I don’t feel like I need an insert because my feet are super happy as they are. I’m not sure I like the zipper AND the laces though. Just the laces would be my choice, but everything else is spot-on. I hope they last!!

Really cute but the vegan leather does not hold up. They were dinged the first time I wore them and it cannot be covered like leather.

Cute style and lots of padding however they were a half size too short and felt more like a medium width than a narrow. Was sad to return.

Cute shoe, but not narrow where I need it to be. Has a narrow fit across the toe, but too wide in the heal.

Believe it or not, TOO SOFT! These are beautiful shoes, cute, stylish. Soft uppers out of the box. BUT when I put them on, I sort of felt like I was walking on jello or something. They are true to size, but they were so soft on the inside AND outside, I kept squeezing my feet and muscles to walk. Sort of like my ankle might turn because of no support. Hope someone else has better luck, because these are so cute.

I ordered these boots the end of summer in anticipation for a trip scheduled in November early December. We were scheduled to visit Germany and the Christmas Markets. There was a lot of walking involved and these boots were amazing. My feet were warm (I also had wool socks) and my feet never hurt. I was so happy with these boots. I love them.

I love that you can lace up these boots but there’s a zipper too. The zipper makes getting the boots on and off fast.

It was totally my fault! I ordered a size 8,should have ordered a size 8 1/2. I will reorder the correct size.

These boots are very comfortable. I have wide feet and have had issues finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. These are very comfortable.
