This is very comfy pump and quite stylish. I was surprised that I could wear it all night at a wedding and not have any complaints about comfort. It fits a narrow foot very well (I wear a 10 N). There is a lot of padding in the sole. The hell is chunky, which offers a lot of support and does not "torque" your knees like a thin heel, such as a kitten heel. I wore these with Frank Lyman wide leg pants, and they were great with their pointy toe. I am mid 60's, have foot issues (including a dropped metataral joint due to a foot injury) especially with heels. Thais Kari shoe gave me the opportunity to be stylish, wear a shoe with a heel, and wear something other an a flat on a very special night. Thank you, Zappos, for getting these to me within 24 hours. Hi there! After reading the reviews, I ordered 1/2 size down and then went for the wide because my feet are pretty short and wide in the toes. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable right out of the box. I'm very happy with the purchase and they match the dress I previously purchased for Christmas exactly. These need no break-in period. Looking forward to wearing them in a week or so. No regrets about my purchase whatsoever.

Knowing Trotters usually run small I ordered a 1/2 size up (9N) and still needed to order another 1/2 size up to have the right length. The disappointment came when I wore my 9.5N shoes just once and could no longer keep them on my feet because my heel slipped out of them with each step! Very disappointed and money wasted on a pair of shoes I can not wear. It seems to be a well made shoe and mostly comfortable but unfortunately the narrow is NOT narrow enough for me.

They're not as attractive as the picture indicates (toe is boxy) and they're definitely NOT extra extra wide!

Beautiful shoes. They were too large in the heel.....what ever happened to narrow heels. with a 5A heel on a 10AA shoe or a 6A heel on a 10AAA??? They were also 1/2 size too short, toe box was tight. Perfect heel height also. Too sad. Going back today. Thank you Zappos for the stellar customer service.

This shoe is stylish and fit immediately. Love the color...works equally well with gray, brown and black.

I normally wear a 6.5 wide, these are a more pointed style and I chose the ee width. They are comfortable, but truthfully I have not wore them out yet. I believe they will be good. Nice quality and sturdy without looking frumpy. The classic black pump I needed.

I really like the shoes. They are true to size and width and have adequate padding. The pointed toe adds a bit of style hard to find in a comfortable shoe. The toe box fit well-a little big on the top of my toes, but I'd rather have that than tightness. The only fit problem was that the side of the back of the shoe hit my ankle bone on the outside. It might have softened up with time, but I couldn't take the chance on my ankle sitting on the side of the shoe.

Love these. I have a wide foot, especially at the front. I ordered 10 pairs of pumps and choose these. So comfortable! They are sturdy, have great support, wider in the toe box than most. Just the right amount of padding in the shoe. Good quality leather that did not need too much breaking in. I wore them all day and could not believe how well they fit. Plus how comfortable.

Wow, these are beautiful and a steal at this price. I find the toe box way too small for me, even after trying a half-size larger. Darn. Going to have to return.

This is a beauty. Just too tight in toes even going up half size. If this fits you, buy it. It’s definitely a winner.

The leather feels great, and the heel isn't too high! This is the first pair of heels I've bought in a while, and although I have a narrow foot, I am rarely able to find shoes that offer that specialized width. I usually wear natural footwear like LEMS (flat, wide toe box, flexible, light) or work shoes since I am a chef, so having a high quality special occasion shoe that would break in well was important to me. This is my first purchase from this brand and I couldn't be happier.

Have to try multiple combos of width and size. This didn’t work, but 8 M did work. Very comfortable!

They were the wrong size; they felt tight and very uncomfortable to walk in them so I’m returning them. They are beautiful shoes, sorry to have to part!

The heel was too wide for the shoe, causing it to slip. I returned them and found a similar pair in a store that had a better fit.

Shoe was perfect but my right foot is 1/2 size smaller. And that shoe slipped too much to adjust.

These shoes are stylish and comfortable and felt true to size.

I need a AAAA heel, these are lovely shoe but slip off my heel with each step.

right foot shoe was too narrow, left foot heel too loose, I love the shoes I just cannot wear them.

I am between a 7.5 and a 7, depending on the style. I ordered the 7.5, which was a tad too large. I then ordered a size 7, which I am keeping. These shoes are very comfortable and perfect for the outfit I will be wearing them with.
